I picked up a bike for a friend. The staff were very nice and friendly. They helped me lift the bike onto my roof rack, which isn't easy with a heavy tricycle.

We have only positive things to report: We dropped off our new e-bikes for their first inspection two days before the scheduled appointment, and the very next day we received a call saying both were ready. Upon pickup, our questions were answered very friendly and competently. We had a very good overall impression and can highly recommend the shop and its staff for the inspection and repair of e-bikes purchased there!
