Not approachable Repair works done only for the one bought from there

One star is already too much. I contacted the workshop in the summer to repair my bike, unfortunately due to high-load during warm season they declined to do it because of lack of time. I accept that. So I have tried now again in November. I went straight to talk to the workshop technician, which very friendly started to prepare an appointment and told me what would I need to bring. Unfortunately again, the very rude woman from reception interrupted as and said that she does not want to repair my bike because it was not bought there. I also asked about my JobRad bike, which is supposed to be fixed there as this shop is a Premium JobRad handler. She also denied any appointment to even take a look at it. Even though the technician was fully available to do so. Of course I will report this to JobRad and I hope they remove them from their list of handlers due to not fulfilling their obligations.

Cannot provide anything, don’t even sell bikes. Don’t waste your time here

They refused to repair my bike or even give me the simplest of help to get back on my way like the turn of a wrench. The only reason I gave more than 1 star is that they gave me the name of a BETTER SHOP.

I have a problem with my break that loses liquid, I live in USH and I asked the shop for repair: the answr is that they only repair bikes that you bought with them ... surprised of this answer and also reading a customer here saying that his bike not bought there was accepted for repair. Why they did not accepted mine that was not bought there? So I wonder, where I can repair a bike not bought in the shop? is possible ? Is the first time I see this business model. Thank you.

Nice bike shop. I bought my Tern Gsd s10lx e-bike online on a diff shop but after few months the brake light doesn't work anymore. Brought my bike to Fahrrad Zimmermann and they accepted immediately for repair. On my next bike I will definitely go here, their customer support in my opinion is good.

Top Service and top people are working there. Had an issue with my Rohloff gear yesterday and got the work done SMS same day. Very happy with the fast service as always.

Service doesn't exist iv been in there 3 times first 2 x I couldn't get a chance to speak with anyone cause the workers were talking with each other and on the 3rd time when I asked the guy a question between 2 models which are 200 euros difference in price, he said the only difference was the colour. Even though on the manufacturers website you can tell that there are many differences. The staff are not motivated and don't seem to value the customer. Sad cause I was ready to buy a bike from them today. But I'll go somewhere else now.
