I called two weeks in advance to find out the best time to come and rent skis. On the phone, I was given two dates in an annoyed voice and then the call ended quickly. When we arrived at those times, they suddenly said they had no skis left, they were completely booked. That's unacceptable! They're completely unreliable! If you make an appointment over the phone, you have to stick to it.

On May 11, 2024, I took my Wilson tennis racket to WM Sport for restringing. On May 24, the owner called me and said I had to pick up my restrung racket on May 25, as he was going on vacation on May 27. I had requested that the racket be strung with 1.35 mm gauge strings and a string tension of 28 kg in both directions. I had already had three rackets restrung this way the previous year. So I picked up the racket and played a match on Tuesday, May 28. I noticed that I couldn't hit any ball properly with the string; the strings were slipping in all directions after just a few shots. When I got home, I measured the string gauge with calipers. To my surprise, WM Sport had strung a 1.2 mm gauge string, and the tension was terrible. Since the owner was on vacation, I had to have the string removed by another stringer and a 1.35 mm gauge string installed. I wrote to WM Sports about this incident on July 8, 2024, demanding a refund of the €30 I had paid, as well as reimbursement for the cost of registered mail with return receipt. To this day, WM Sports has refused to compensate me for the damage, so I cannot recommend this company. If mistakes happen, they should take responsibility. I kept the string as evidence, and I have now instructed my lawyer to recover the money. Stay away from people like this who knew I played for BTV Punkt!

Simply fantastic! I placed another print order and am once again thrilled. Amazing service/advice, superb print quality, and incredibly fast! (I had my nine sweaters back within three days!) I won't be getting my things printed anywhere else! ☺️

Since we moved to Vaterstetten, we've exclusively bought our sporting goods from WM Sport. The advice is good and very honest; for example, they advised me against buying soccer cleats for artificial turf, as my son is still very light and regular cleats are sufficient. Renting tennis rackets is no problem. There's also a discount if you're a member of SCBV. All I can say is: "Support the locals"... Only buy from Amazon in an emergency. Especially these days... The only thing that could be improved is their website... ;-)

Excellent and affordable ski rental service; my children received great advice and were able to rent suitable ski equipment at short notice and at an unbeatable price. We are now regular customers!
