I had a problem with my Spitzing Plus bike, unfortunately the distributor in Italy closed, so I contacted the firm in Germany and they were really helpful!

The worst e-bike company that I ever deal with. No after sales service. I only use their e-bike Spitzing for 1 year only and then the engine broke, I tried contacted their customer care to buy new motor to fix it. But no response, they jusr ignore my e-mails and phone calls. Don't think to buy their e-bikes. You will be disappointed.

I got the Spitzing Evolution Br from Sporttechnik and I’m very impressed with this product. I weigh about 190lbs and I am never under powered even on very steep grades. The integration of the software, battery supply power, pedal pressure, and gear shifting seem flawless IMHO. It is just incredibly easy to ride and dial in the desired level of workout. I have a favorite lower power setting I use for 80% of my riding which works very smoothly over the full range of gears. But the higher power settings are simply incredible for maintaining sufficient speed up very steep and difficult terrain—I have not yet had to jump off and walk. On a 3 hour ride in the hills I’m only using about 25% of my battery and this is way beyond my previous mountain e-bike capability. In fact, everything about this bike is way beyond my previous bike. The Spitzing is also very light considering all the components and is easy to lift onto my bike rack. I can’t wait to get this bike back to California and take it up into the Sierras! Many thanks to the service manager for setting up this bike for me and responding to all inquiries very quickly. Definitely a 5 star bike and organization.
