Excellent service – after a 10-year break, I'm looking for mountain bikes for my wife and me. The market has changed dramatically since my last bike purchase, and the decision between e-bike and regular bike is just the first of many. The friendly consultant at Reisingers was highly competent, knowledgeable, pragmatic, and – importantly – relaxed, so the process was much less stressful than I had feared. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Reisinger's Trettlage.

I picked up my new custom-made "SCOTTY" Addict RC Pro there :) The perfect blend of cycling passion, expertise, and customer service. Everyone takes the time for technical discussions, and then delivery or assistance is provided as quickly as possible – top-notch!

I bought a Rotwild RX 735 Pro there. Everything was perfect. Excellent advice, very pleasant communication. A clear recommendation for Reisinger bottom brackets!

Reisinger always helps me out with small parts and accessories, from screws to saddles, and offers helpful advice. He's always friendly. He also has good products and often unexpectedly manages to find the right small part :)

Simply top-notch – it couldn't be better! Seppi, the heart and soul of Resingers Tretlager, is a really cool guy – super friendly, funny, competent, and above all, honest. We were there with my 17-year-old godson, who wants to start triathlons, and without Seppi's advice, we almost certainly would have bought the wrong size bike. Thanks to his detailed and patient explanation of the technology and his excellent advice, we found the perfect road bike – in the right size and in the color we wanted! He also got us the matching shoes and accessories. You could tell that he wasn't just in it for the sales pitch, but genuinely focused on finding the right bike. People, always get advice, otherwise you'll end up going home with the wrong bike! The new road bike is now headed to Sylt, and the boy is overjoyed and totally motivated. Seppi didn't just sell him a bike, he really sparked his enthusiasm for the sport. A fantastic shopping experience all around – we'll definitely be back, writes the proud godmother!!!

Many thanks to Seppi & Stefan for the excellent advice and delivery of our two new Rotwild bikes. And Stefan was so kind and professional in helping me adjust my bike rack to the new bikes.
