Professional, honest, and child-friendly! I took my daughter to Sport Reiser for ski fitting and I'm absolutely thrilled. The service was extremely professional and competent. A particularly positive aspect was their skillful and honest assessment of whether additional services (waxing/edge sharpening) were actually necessary. At no point did I feel pressured into anything – the advice was very fair and transparent! I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of the entire time.

For years I've happily gone the extra mile to get here to consistently receive top-notch service, genuinely friendly staff, and excellent products, unlike the sports shops in my area, for example in Grünwald. It just had to be said. THANK YOU and keep up the good work :-)

Expecting to be rushed through a crowded sports shop on the third Saturday of Advent while buying skis, I was pleasantly surprised at Sport Reiser. The sales staff were consistently friendly, and there was no waiting time before someone attended to us. Our saleswoman took her time and provided excellent advice until we had found the perfect ski boots, skis, and poles for our son. Thank you so much – it makes shopping at a local specialist shop a pleasure!
