Many thanks to the couple! We received excellent advice – after just a quick phone call, they had everything perfectly prepared. We were even able to test ride the bikes, and everything was individually adjusted to our height. The advice was truly competent, they took every physical configuration into account, and they took plenty of time for us. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We highly recommend the shop – it's worth supporting small businesses, even if you have to drive a bit. It was truly great and worth every minute of the ride.

The consultation was thorough and highly competent: both personal and unobtrusive. What particularly impressed me was the open view from the sales area into the spotless workshop, with its excellent working facilities and technical equipment. We brought our bikes, which we had originally bought from another shop, in for servicing. That doesn't necessarily have to be a straightforward process! We were greeted very warmly and were able to discuss the necessary work in detail and authorize it. All of my wife's questions about e-bikes were answered. Ultimately, a few days later, she decided on one and bought it. We hadn't planned it, but everything just felt right and perfectly suited to us.

I took my 13-year-old Bulls bike in for service (the first service ever). The tires had a flat tire, the brakes were worn out, and the gears were a disaster. The service was fantastic. The bike is like new; I've already ridden the first 100km on it, and it's really fun again. The price was great, too; everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend the shop and will gladly take our bikes there for service again. Thanks again, Andreas.R

While the shop isn't huge, they have a good selection and the option to order bikes, plus a good range of accessories. But what really sets this shop apart from other bike stores is the advice and service. The Bilda family does an amazing job here. 10/10, I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

After much deliberation, I finally decided on an e-bike. Because of this, I visited several e-bike shops and sought advice. I was particularly impressed by the thorough and honest consultation I received from Werner and his lovely wife Silvia, which is why I ultimately chose to buy from them. Once I had selected a bike, all the accessories and a few special requests were handled perfectly. The integration with JobRad (a company bike scheme) also went smoothly without any major issues. Thank you so much again for the excellent advice and service. If only all retailers were like this! Warmest regards to the entire team.

I had my e-bike repaired here so I could sell it in good condition. I got an appointment very quickly, I'm very happy with the work, and the price was very reasonable. At the same time, I bought a new e-bike here. The advice was very competent and friendly, and I'm more than satisfied with the new bike. I can definitely recommend this shop without hesitation.
