Fantastic shop for all ball sports enthusiasts! The selection is huge, and the personal service was excellent! Thank you for that; you just don't get that online! We were only looking for handball shoes and left with a big bag. There was an additional discount on all the prices.

WARNING - STAY AWAY!! - Ordered goods on July 9th with a delivery time of 10-14 days. - Received no goods and no information regarding the delay by August 8th. - Upon my inquiry via email: The product was reportedly unavailable from the manufacturer, and no delivery date could be given. However, the website still states a 10-14 day delivery time...! - The order was then canceled, and the money was refunded. - And now the kicker: On December 3rd, I received an email from Google: 'Ballsportwelt' denies having had a business relationship with me and wants this review deleted - very interesting!!

An initial phone conversation about the items I wanted printed in the shop was very pleasant. However, after I dropped off the garments to be printed and sent an email with detailed information about the prints, there was radio silence. Sure, this was over the New Year and in the middle of the pandemic, but a response would still have been nice. Months later, after I'd lost track of the topic myself, they contacted me by email, apologizing, and offered to implement my ideas. I corrected the images and print arrangements I'd sent, but contact was lost again – despite my repeated inquiries. So, unfortunately, I picked up my clothes unprinted...

I've never experienced anything like this! I ordered a top from this store because, unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. They asked me to write down my mobile number and email address. The top would have been more expensive than online, of course, but I simply wanted to support a local business. No sooner had I left the store than I received two phone calls and a voicemail message. Since I couldn't call back that day, I planned to do so the next day. Two more missed calls and an email. I found that a bit pushy. They then asked me to provide my full address – I thought to myself, I could just order it myself. Then at least it wouldn't take two weeks, as advertised, but would arrive in a few days. Nevertheless, to avoid any trouble, I gave them my information. Several weeks passed, no email, no call. Eventually, I ordered it from somewhere else because I didn't think anyone would even get back to me after three weeks. But then, after almost a month and a half, I got a call... my ordered tops had arrived. I told the gentleman to please check today's date, as I had already gotten them elsewhere and hadn't expected to hear anything at all. He said they had "already" emailed me at the end of January—which simply isn't true; I checked every inbox! When I pointed this out, he immediately became rude, as other reviews also mention, cheekily wished me a nice day, and hung up. Instead of apologizing for the delay or anything like that, he was just as rude. Unbelievable! Never again!!!

Great shop, the best handball shop in the region with everything a handball player needs. We found it by chance, and we'll definitely be ordering from here in the future.

Excellent selection of products for "everything round". A wide range of items both in-store and online, from the ball itself to jerseys and accessories. Competent and friendly advice and good prices!

Since I often play football outdoors, I was looking for a good ball and referee equipment. Thanks to the very friendly and professional staff, I quickly found what I needed. The price was also good. The advice and selection were excellent.

Here, athletes will find a wide selection of training apparel for a wide variety of sports. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also highly recommend this store for sports clubs, as bulk orders are processed quickly, and the flocking of jerseys and sweatshirts, for example, worked perfectly. Simply fantastic!

Support your local sports shop! Friendly and helpful service. Opening hours have been adjusted; now open Thursday to Saturday. Top-quality flocked training gear. Bargains are also available. Excellent!
