I've never experienced anything like this before! I wanted to lease a bike, so I went to the store. I picked out a bike there, and we discussed everything. I was told they'd get back to me with everything else. After two months, I haven't heard anything. My emails haven't been answered, and my calls haven't been returned. Total radio silence. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from here and would gladly give them 0 stars.

From purchase to service: Super friendly! Super professional! Super competent! I can highly recommend Bikedevilz. Today I picked up our two bikes from their service, and they both look brand new again. They even took the time to discuss the work they did and the condition of individual components. What can I say? For three years now, I've been completely satisfied, even thrilled, with every visit! Highly recommended! 👍🏻

I went to bikedevilz because the shop is relatively close to where I live. Plus, their selection of brands (in my case, Specialized) practically drew me in. Now, after a test ride and deciding to buy (through JobRad), I was able to pick up my fantastic Specialized Diverge in just one week. The service and the sales consultation were simply superb... almost like being part of the family (I was a new customer). On the day I picked it up, they effortlessly mounted my own pedals, attached the cleats to my shoes, and even included a bottle cage. All in record time. All in all, I highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be back at bikedevilz!

Outrageously expensive and very long service delivery times. More than 1 week to install a tubeless tire.
