Absolutely disappointing – never again Ninety Five Bikes. My business bike (Ekano 2 AL) was returned due to a loud rattling noise on rough sections. This problem was simply ignored. Instead, they managed to make pretty much everything else worse in three months. For the first four weeks, there was absolutely no contact – radio silence. Only after I followed up did anything happen. Then, suddenly, they claimed my email address was incorrect – even though I had previously sent the insurance card from that exact address. Organization? None whatsoever. The next shocker: a €2,700 estimate for a leased bike – and I was expected to pay for it myself. For work that was mostly questionable or simply poorly executed. The so-called "seatpost service": a complete botch job. The cable tensioner on the actuator was tightened so far that it's practically useless. Something like that simply shouldn't happen in a professional workshop. Bleed the brakes? If it was bled at all, it was done at the level of a "YouTube tutorial on the first try." The worst brake feel ever – with the dismissive comment: "Well, they're Magura after all." Plus, brake fluid everywhere, and the master cylinder was leaking. This isn't a brand issue – this is shoddy workmanship. They installed a new derailleur hanger and immediately damaged the axle threads – you can see silver threads in the threads. Congratulations. Working time: three months. Result: More broken than before. Especially disappointing: This shop is an official Propain service partner. That doesn't reflect well on a brand that supposedly stands for quality. They seem to love throwing around expensive parts, but unfortunately, no one there seems capable of installing them properly. If you love your bike, take it somewhere else.

These guys really know their stuff and are extremely skilled. I once had trouble fitting a saddle. They helped quickly and easily, and without charging anything. Fantastic!

I can highly recommend this bike shop. I had an electronic problem with my e-bike, they arranged an appointment quickly, provided excellent support and great service, and I felt very well taken care of.

You deserve a full 5 stars! I came to you with a problem with my bike after the manufacturer recommended you as a service center. From the first contact, everything just felt right. The bike was entrusted to your care, and I was kept transparently informed every step of the way. Communication with the manufacturer and you as your service partner was seamless. I'm more than satisfied with the outcome! :) I will definitely come back for a bike service or something similar and would happily recommend you. Please keep up the good work!

I spontaneously visited the new bike shop because I needed a replacement part for the rear axle of my older bicycle. I received very friendly and competent advice, and they found a suitable part in their workshop and installed it right away. The price was absolutely fair, and I was very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Easy and fast way to book an appointment online (this is the best part where you don’t need to call). Went there today and in 3 minutes they solved an issue on my seat post that I was struggling to solve during the last days and were super fair and didn’t charge me anything for that. Staff is also super friendly! Strongly recommend them and I will be definitely a regular customer from now on. Thanks once again.
