We had our tandem bike repaired at Max's bike shop and we're absolutely thrilled! 🙌 Even hard-to-find parts were sourced and installed, and everything was done with dedication and attention to detail at a fair price. A personal highlight, especially compared to all the other bike shops we've visited, was the super friendly, personal, and uncomplicated service with very quick response times. 🤩 It couldn't be better – thank you, Max!

Top-notch bike repair. Highly recommended! I'm absolutely thrilled with the bike repairs here! The replacement of the shift cable, pedals, and grips was done super quickly and professionally. The prices are great, and the uncomplicated contact via WhatsApp was really great. Even the trip from Bad Belzig was absolutely worth it. I'm happy to give this 5 stars!

I visited Max for the first time because my gears were malfunctioning after a fall. I received a very friendly and welcoming reception, and the problem was identified. However, obtaining the replacement part proved difficult, as the necessary component was hard to find. Max took care of this by contacting the bike shop where I had purchased the bike. The repair was quick and the price was excellent. I will definitely visit again and recommend him to others.

Very satisfied all around. This was my second time at Max. I have a Cube Nuroad FE. The first time, Max replaced my handlebar tape. Very precise, with a steady hand, and without any adjustments. It looks like new again, and the ride feels great. The second time, my gears needed a complete overhaul after 4 years, and my rear light was also failing regularly. After a brief inspection, the problems were identified and thoroughly and carefully remedied. The gears purr like a kitten, and the lights do what they're supposed to. Conclusion: professional advice, no long wait times, and more than acceptable value for money. Keep it up! The next appointment is coming up.
