Incredibly exorbitant bills for a rear wheel repair. Add a little extra, and you could buy a new bike. And "service" is just another way of driving the price up even further.

Excellent advice on converting my bike! The guys at Bad Bikes were truly open to any questions I had, including questions about triathlon bikes. Thank you for getting everything done so quickly! 😁🙏 From now on, this is my trusted bike shop!

I bought a new gravel bike there in 2021. Due to delivery problems, they only had an empty frame in the window, which they built up for me according to my specifications at a very fair price. I prefer to replace wear parts myself, but if I get stuck, the guys are always there to help. I've also taken my everyday bike there for repairs. I can highly recommend BadBikes. Expert service and fair prices.

The work was technically sound, but the wording was questionable. It was a costly lesson for me. They serviced the tires, hoses, and brakes... all good... but then they charged for a complete inspection? I found that excessive, and the communication beforehand was very poor. They weren't willing to compromise, so I won't be using them again.

I dropped my bike off for repairs yesterday and received a message today that I can pick it up. The price was very fair 👍 I can highly recommend this shop, thank you very much.

After a long odyssey and three professional road bike shops, this shop, or rather Lars, was recommended to me. No one had been able to change the headset on my somewhat older road bike before. Lars had it done the next day. I'm very grateful and happy and can recommend this shop to anyone. They clearly know how things are done and enjoy challenging themselves.

Very friendly and honest staff. The people in the shop are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. I've been buying some accessories there for a while now, and I'm very satisfied. I've also brought my bike in for repairs several times, and the results have been very good. The prices are also much more honest than at some other bike shops.

Great professional and friendly service, at the best price/value. In the Steglitz's store the models availability is limited, but you can refer to the online catalog for a complete overview. They helped me with size and settings (Fuji touring), and in the end the price was cheaper than in other shops. Recommended!

An unassuming shop – but as always in life... it's what's inside that counts. A small team, but with incredible expertise! They don't just sell, they offer extremely good and, above all, honest advice. The guys know what they're talking about and will even build custom bikes upon request. The workshop and service leave nothing to be desired. It was a huge help to me again this year – on my long-distance trip through Chile, across the Andes to Bolivia, my bike withstood even extreme conditions for weeks. Many thanks again to Lars Bläß and his Bad Bikes shop in Stegelitz. Oh, and the only downside: the shop closes at 1 p.m. on Saturdays ;-) ... but they deserve it... because the guys are passionate bikers themselves. So, tighten up!

I came to the store about four years ago on the recommendation of a friend and have been a satisfied regular customer ever since. They take their time to advise me, thoroughly research solutions to problems, and conscientiously repair things until the screws smoke. I don't understand the one-star rating; they should provide the opportunity for repairs.
