Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely here today. Price inquiries were answered with mumbling and reluctance. I wanted to buy vouchers worth over €200, but they couldn't print them correctly for over 30 minutes. The first printout showed a date 10 months old. When I complained, I was yelled at again. After that, the computer stopped working. I spent ages as the only customer in the store, yet my wishes weren't met, and I had to endure yelling. Mistakes can happen, but at the end of the day, at least a sincere apology is offered. I was a regular BHP customer for years, but that's changing now. That was my experience several years ago, but things have changed fundamentally since then: A friendly, young team that provides friendly and comprehensive advice. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately not at all convinced I had ordered player clothing and a hockey bag. The player clothing arrived and was cover-free. The bag was supposed to be delivered later and never arrived. There was no response to email inquiries. When I decided to call them after a month I was told that I would get my money back because it was a stock error. Now after another month I have still not received a refund and there are still no replies to email inquiries. So you get no information from the shop itself and no replies by email. Unfortunately the friendly staff on the phone can't really give you much information either. I would really like to see work done on the transmission of information and email communication.

When ordering online… The item is described as being available in 2-3 days, but after 4 weeks I received 1 out of 5 items. The full amount has been taken. No information on when the item will arrive, or even if it will arrive at all? No response to emails. So it's better to only buy what's actually in stock in the store. What a shame…

Everything you need for field hockey can be found here. The advice is excellent, and you can even try everything on. If it were possible, I would give this store 4.5 stars. The half-star deduction is due to the high prices and because mistakes in the name or number on jerseys are common.

We've been shopping here for our children for years. There are discounts for club members, and you can always find bargains from last season. We always feel welcome and receive good advice.

Great shop, super friendly service. We arrived just before closing time, but the salesperson still took the time for us and we got everything we needed. Excellent!

I've been shopping for my kids here for years. Club members get discounts, and there are always bargains from the previous season. Important, because kids quickly outgrow their rackets. Expert advice, as the owners are all active players themselves, or have played in the past.
