A couple years ago when I was looking for a new bike there, while standing in front of some of the bikes and messaging in my phone, I was suddenly approached by the staff claiming I took a photo of their bikes and insisted I showed them my phone. The way they approached me from behind was very rude and I felt like I was being watched by some security folks. It scared me, so I showed my screen and they looked at my conversation. Only later did I realize I should have never shown it as it violated the privacy of my conversation. By the way they behaved I felt obliged to comply. Before that I had purchased some accessories there but after that I avoided that store altogether. I feel that scare and discomfort every time I stumble across it on the map or am shopping in that area. Only bad memories. I also never walked into any other store of that red Radhaus brand after that. Shivers every time. Aside from that experience, well, the item range is good, but everything’s quite overpriced. I have an old bike I need to bring in to repair but after reading others’ reviews here, I know I need to find another place for that.

Please, escape this place! 0/5 the worst. Picked up a bike from here, that was terribly put together. After less then a year, bring the bike for repair and after few days they say: “We centered the wheel for 36€, but it doesn’t fix your problem, you should now change the wheel.” Made me pay for centering a BROKEN wheel. P.s. The wheel turned out to be centered badly. Spent a lot of time and money for nothing, never be back again.

I bought 2 bikes here, spent more than 4000 euro and a simple appointment to have the tension of the breaks adjusted, and a new chain on the bike: 4 weeks. Obviously this branch is overloaded and understaffed. Dissapointing. Never again.

I was attended to by Herr Späth who was very friendly and warm. He gave my son and I answers to all our questions and didn’t make us feel under pressure to let him go. I recommend this shop. They have a huge range of bike options at comfortable price ranges. Thank you, Herr Späth!!!

great customer service and very responsive repair shop. Came in with my new Cube Hyde Race making strange clicking noises from the hub gear. They immediately took it in and worked on it. I guess I was lucky that day because normally you'd have to schedule a repair.

Super fast service, staff is friendly and helpful. I had some issues regarding my bike and the repairman did speak a bit of English so he even called another one to help translate our conversation. The prices are good was cheaper and the service was quicker than expected.

Good assortment of bikes, although much less than you would expect. I liked that i could test all bikes under 1000 and see if suits my taste. There were a lot of electrical bikes w/o customers, sort of waste of place for better assortment of normal ones.

Went there yesterday with intentions to buy my son a bicycle. After asking for help with which size of bike to get we where shown the section of bikes that should fit him and no help at all with finding the right one so we left with a disappointed child and took our business somewhere else.
