I had a problem: I couldn't remove the rear freewheel carrier (cassette) without a special tool. After reading some negative reviews, I hesitated for two days about whether I should even visit this bike shop. Besides, my German isn't very good. I sent an email beforehand and then went in person. I received a very friendly welcome, and my problem was solved in no more than two to three minutes. Thank you so much!

I'm glad I could help.

Thank you for your positive review and for not letting yourself be discouraged by chronically critical reviewers 😉. I'd be happy to work with you again!

I'm glad I could help.

Absolutely dreadful experience. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. His attitude was purely money-driven - once he realised my bicycle wasn't expensive, he became dismissive and frankly quite nasty. Made disparaging comments about my bike and showed zero interest in providing any assistance whatsoever. The level of arrogance and aggression was completely unnecessary. Regardless of what you're riding, basic courtesy shouldn't be too much to expect from a business owner. His behaviour was utterly unacceptable. Would strongly advise avoiding this shop. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Owner's response
According to their profile, they travel far and wide. Similar to a spam bot, which explains why I can't recall a similar case.

Took my Lemmo on a tour through Berlin and Potsdam and stopped here. The owner himself is still at the counter! :) Accordingly, they also offer great advice that goes far beyond their specialist knowledge. A definite recommendation if you're in the area! Thanks for your time, and see you next time! :)

I've been here three times in total. I received advice once and had two repairs done. The advice and service were excellent. Communication via text message and phone call was also very convenient for me. I will continue to have my bike repaired here (hopefully not too soon).

How lucky for someone like me, who gets around town almost exclusively by bike, to have found such a good and professional shop. Whether it's a road bike, gravel bike, or mountain bike, it's always meticulously checked and repaired at Fritz's. Thanks for the great service over the past years! 🤗🚴🏼♀️

Exceptional professionalism and specialist knowledge of everything to do with bikes. We have been entrusting him with the care of our five family bikes for several years, which speaks for the great trust we place in his service.

A small but very friendly, competent, and personal bike shop. The owner, Fabian Fritz, takes his time, even during the third consultation. The assembly and handover of the bike were equally professional and very personal. As a result, I now have the perfect bike for me, as I discovered on my very first ride today. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for this great review!

Since I personally also favor this stylish, timeless carbon bike, and you already had very clear ideas about how you intended to use it before buying it, it was a perfect fit and a pleasure for me as well.
