I'm absolutely thrilled with this bike shop! The advice was first-class – the team took plenty of time to find the perfect bike for me. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The after-sales service, including minor repairs and adjustments, was also excellent. They also have a fantastic selection of bikes and accessories. I highly recommend this shop! In the fall of 2023, I called them to inquire about the cost of a new chain. A young man quoted me around €50. So I took my bike in, and they repaired it. When I picked it up, they wanted €90. When I asked about it, they said the young man shouldn't have given me a price quote because he didn't know the prices. I actually had to cough up the €90. I thought that was outrageous. The work itself seemed okay, though. At least it was something for that exorbitant price. That was my first and last time there. 😔

I needed a new chain. At the other bike shops up north, the earliest appointment I could get was in three days. The friendly young man did it right away and even gave me some good tips on maintaining my bike. All for a very fair price.

I discovered this small shop while having Indian food next door. After a cable on my bike broke, they helped me immediately. I then took my other two bikes in for repair. The service was quick and the price was fair. I've been using the shop ever since for all the problems with my four bikes. Excellent and competent service without long wait times. I highly recommend it.
