Very unfriendly and incompetent customer service. The Velcro fastener on my daughter's gym straps stopped working after just a few months. When I contacted customer service about this, I was treated extremely rudely and immediately accused of mishandling the straps. They offered to send me a replacement strap – but only if I covered the shipping costs myself. Shortly afterward, the call was abruptly terminated. When I called again to clarify the matter and asked for the representative's name, she refused to give it and simply hung up again. I am very disappointed – both with the quality of the products and, even more so, with the customer service.

Unfortunately, the woman on the phone was unfriendly after I inquired about the return process. She argued with me about keeping the item. I don't want to have to argue about something like that; after all, I'm the one who ends up wearing it. I remained calm, but she simply hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I will definitely never order from them again. Otherwise, fast delivery, cute shop, and reasonable prices.

Abysmal delivery service. After placing a binding order in the online shop and paying in full, I received a call informing me that the item (a competition leotard for a gymnast) was non-returnable. I disagreed, and the reasoning (that a leotard is similar to underwear and a custom-made item) is utter nonsense. I insisted on fulfillment of the order. The very unfriendly customer service representative refused. She said she would cancel the order and refund my money. With business practices like this, one shouldn't order anything from them at all. Absolutely appalling.

Excellent service, expert advice, and prompt assistance. Our son's ring straps broke a week before the competition. As usual, we contacted Nikiferow Sport. After a very friendly and helpful consultation, we decided on a leotard for synchronized swimming and are completely satisfied! The delivery was faster than expected, the leotard looks great, fits perfectly, and is of excellent quality!!! Highly recommended for every swimmer!
