We bought a sports shirt (long-sleeved shirt) for our son from New Wave. The shirt was a tight fit, so it didn't fit despite being an adult size. After trying to contact the company, we kept receiving the same response, no longer starting with "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. We hereby confirm that we have received your inquiry. Our team is processing your request as quickly as possible, and we typically respond within 2 business days..." Then there was no further response. We couldn't know whether arrogance, ignorance, unprofessionalism, or simply a lack of manners led to this behavior from the employees or even the business owners. However, we did notice one thing: these people lack empathy. You should avoid this company. They are extremely arrogant towards their customers (private customers).

For years I've been happily using New Wave Sportswear's performance apparel. The quality is top-notch, and the comfort is superb! Your strong commitment to sustainability is a major factor in my purchasing decisions. Thanks also to the team for their excellent customer service and the consistently friendly and expert advice they provide over the phone. I recently needed a repair on my onesie. Thank you for the quick and easy help – it looks brand new again! It's wonderful that you produce at this level right here in Berlin. A clear recommendation based on my very positive experience!

I bought a gift card for a birthday. According to the website, the gift card should arrive at my home within 1-3 business days. After more than 5 business days, I still haven't received the gift card in my mailbox. Customer service offered to send me the gift card code, but even after requesting it, I haven't received any further information. Apparently, no one is available in the office after 3 p.m., so emails aren't being answered. Too bad.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality, as I haven't received any products yet. But the service isn't convincing. I ordered in July and still haven't received any products yet (September 29th). The customer service phone is either busy or no one answers. When I inquire by email, they always say the products will be shipped this week. Unfortunately, no products were shipped, and no notification was received. Frustrating! Addendum: After customer service contacted us, things moved very quickly. The products were delivered the very next day. The quality of the sportswear is truly top-notch, great material, and the fit is also fantastic.

I bought a lovely, super comfortable face mask and I'm very happy with it. It's still easy to talk and breathe with it on because the material is thin and breathable. Extremely comfortable! Great service.

Excellent customer service :-). Customer satisfaction is a top priority for New Wave. We received a free replacement for a defective one-piece swimsuit without any hassle. Very friendly customer service – top-notch! By the way: The products are otherwise of very good quality – which justifies the high service.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied. After ordering several items, I immediately canceled one of them. This item wasn't delivered, but the price was still debited. Despite repeated complaints, I haven't received a refund yet. There has been no response either.
