I booked the bike wash and service at Rennradwerkstatt and wasn't disasppointed. The team worked quick and efficiently and the price is absolutely reasonable for the service that was provided. I liked this place so much, that I'll also have my gravelbike taken care of by Christian and team. Thanks a lot and see you soon!

Super bad service. The appointment was 9th August, after the first meeting, I asked friend to bring all the gears to the shop on 10th August. And called on 11th to confirm which gears should be replaced. And I was informed to pick up the bike on 15th, but when I was in the shop on 16th, the shop didn’t check the bike at all. And they told me the bike will be ready on Wed. Because of work I couldn’t go to pick up the bike on Wed, so I said I will pick up the bike on Friday. When I tried ask my friend to pick up the bike on Thursday, the bike was not ready….. when I finally got my bike on Friday, 1. I asked to check the wheels and do the wheels’ service—— didn’t do it 2. I asked to cut the breaking line a little bit shorter——didn’t do it. When I called back to double check these 2 parts, the first time, the person who picked up the phone call said he was not on the first meeting so he didn’t know what I have asked. Then without confirm with anyone immediately he said, no, I am sure you didn’t mentioned the break…. Ok, fine. The shop is famous so won’t care about single client. So everyone who is coming to this shop need to pay attention: 1. Try to email, never make phone call. ( just in case either they forgot or deny what you ask later) 2. Try your best speak German. We all love cycling and our bikes, I am giving above advice just for the cyclist to have a better bike checking service.

I took my (almost) new Canyon to the shop as they are a Certified Canyon partner. Before - in other bike shops - I was not treated well when arriving with my Canyon. That's not the case here and that alone is worth 5 stars. But there is more: simple online booking, you get an appointment really fast, no waiting time, and Nabil is a friendly, supportive and nice guy! The whole experience was great! Thanks! And by the way: I also did a bike-fitting at Synergy Pro Training (same location): also can recommend that (and Alex) a lot!

I took my wheel there for tuning. The wheel was curved in an accident. He did an excellent work! On the second day the wheel was already finished for pickup. It was perfect tuned like a new one! Amazing!

Last week I needed help with a few things while building up two new custom bikes. Because I was missing some tools I couldn't install the HRD shifters and disc brakes so I looked for a shop to help me at short notice. A big shop right around the corner was like "sure, you can get your bikes back in two weeks or so"... not an option. So I looked further, found Rennradwerkstatt, was amazed to see that I could book an online appointment for the next day. Those are only 15 minutes slots, so I knew that was not enough time to get all the work done and I was hoping to get my bikes back in a day or two... Even better, Nabil was super friendly and knowledgeable and fully understood my desire to take the bikes home and continue working on the builds. So he made some time on the spot and fixed up my HRDs on both framesets immediately. Happy customer me...took both bikes home around 90 minutes later and continued working through the night :) 5 stars from me - keep up the good work!

I booked an appointment to perform general maintenance of my S-Works bike and replace the brake pads, the response was quick in accepting the appointment and the procedures are very easy, and the specialized team in the maintenance process is highly experienced and professional and the handling is very nice and friendly. I really love it Highly recommended company 👌
