I really can't recommend a better shop. I didn't use their rental service myself, but if the team there puts in even half the effort they do with orders from their online shop, then I can wholeheartedly recommend them to all stand-up paddleboarders. Sebastian always responded to emails very reliably and comes across as very competent. You're valued as a customer and don't feel rushed, as the communication is on a personal level. Their quality standards and customer service are also top-notch!

Exceptionally friendly and competent staff. They took the time for individual consultations, were flexible regarding the price difference between online and in-store, and provided first-class service during the recall process – direct shipping of the new board to my home, no need to pick it up in the store. 100% customer focus and a very respectful approach to their work.

Fantastic and customer-oriented advice right from the start. I bought my Jobe Duna board online from this shop last year. The guys gave me great advice and were very helpful! 😃 I'm super happy with the board, and even more so now with the electric car pump 😉 I highly recommend it 🤙🏼

In the fall of 2021, after owning the 2020 JOBE Neva, I bought the current 2022 JOBE Neva. Anyone looking for a pro board for long, extensive tours will have a lot of fun with the JOBE Neva... and leave their friends on other boards in the dust. 🙂 Due to the board's length and shape, it exhibits incredibly stable tracking, and compared to other boards, it achieves above-average speeds when applying power across the entire paddle range, from light to heavy. On tours with my friends, they don't want to give up the JOBE Neva. 😅 The improvements compared to the 2020 model, such as the extended, flat fin in the front, clearly show their effect and represent a significant improvement. I'm already looking forward to the upcoming 2022 SUP season with my new JOBE Neva!

Thank you so much for the excellent advice and incredibly fast shipping! When buying your first SUP board, you naturally want to do everything right so you can enjoy it for a long time. I was unsure which board was right for me, so I emailed Sebastian on Sunday evening with my requirements. I wasn't expecting a reply before Monday and was all the more surprised to receive a prompt, personal response. With Sebastian's expert help, we quickly found the perfect board for me. I placed my order on Monday, and my board was shipped the same day. The board arrived in no time and without any problems, and I'm extremely happy! The entire support process, including the ordering procedure, was simply fantastic. I felt very well taken care of and can highly recommend the shop and their advice to everyone!

Excellent advice in the shop, and also at the rental station at Schlachtensee. Jobe boards are absolutely top-notch, as you can see from the reviews, and the accessories are equally impressive. The 2019 Neva model and the 2020 Duna model have been significantly improved, offering better tracking and even greater stability, making the prices perfectly reasonable. Many vendors advertise with overpriced, technical jargon and exaggerated claims... but they're not, quite the opposite. After a board has been rented out for a season, you can clearly see the quality and durability. SUP Shop Berlin is always committed to providing good service and advice, and they're also accommodating if you want to add custom accessories. BUT... a good board doesn't automatically make a good paddler... and nobody needs a 14-foot race board. Don't be misled by the advertising!

A friendly team with a trendy product (stand-up paddling) in an exceptional location. Not easy to find, but the Goerzwerk offers interesting companies and also the SUP shop for stand-up paddlers. Here, you can take your time to look at and touch the equipment, from boards and paddles to clothing and accessories. After two JOBE boards, two carbon paddles were added, and after an initial test on the company's "home lake," Schlachtensee: That was a good decision! Thanks Philipp, thanks Lino!
