Truly competent and friendly service! I bought a new bicycle with some special requests and modifications, which were completed within a day, so I could start riding right away. We were also able to agree on a price, and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended: support this small, local bike shop/repair shop!

I've contacted Veloquent several times now with urgent problems: everyone is always incredibly nice, very competent and helpful, and in the end the bike shifts perfectly - most recently my somewhat old-school mountain bike from Spain: absolutely recommendable!

Simply fantastic! They've helped me incredibly quickly twice already, explained everything clearly, and given me tips and advice beyond what was required. They're always super funny, and you leave with a smile on your face. One time, they even gave me a whole bunch of cable ties for a project I wanted to do on my own. I'm absolutely thrilled with the superb service and expert advice. I ended up at Veloquent because of severe wrist and thumb pain while cycling. I received excellent advice, and my problem was solved in no time by replacing the handlebars and adjusting the angle. I can finally cycle pain-free again. These are true professionals. The service is very friendly, and the prices are incredibly fair for the top-quality work. Highly recommended!

We recently dropped off our two bicycles there for minor repairs (adjusting the gears, tensioning the chain, straightening the front wheel, etc.). A very friendly and competent employee gave us some additional advice on what else he would do when we dropped them off. The estimated repair time was 7-10 days, but we received a text message confirming completion after only 5 days. All the necessary work was carried out to our complete satisfaction, and we felt the price was very fair. We will gladly return.

This review is long overdue. For the past two years, we've been driving from Dahlem to Veloquent in Lichterfelde to have our bikes and bike trailer wheels repaired. Veloquent is the only shop far and wide qualified enough to repair our broken Thule trailer storage compartments. Other bike shops in Zehlendorf and the surrounding area had neither the equipment nor the motivation to tackle Thule trailers. The manager and the staff are motivated, helpful, and friendly. You feel like your concerns are in good hands and that you've been helped. Whenever you come to the door with minor problems, we've always been lucky enough to have them help you immediately or at least offer solution-oriented suggestions. This bike shop is truly highly recommended, and it's worth a trip. Thank you for your dedication! The Kirchner family

I've known the shop for years. The staff are always friendly and competent, and they provide good advice. I had my bike repaired there again. I was immediately informed about the costs and the repair time, and that it could potentially cost €30 more if there were additional problems. If the costs exceeded €30, I would contact them by phone. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price. I'm very satisfied, as always. I would definitely take my bikes there for repair again. I can highly recommend this shop.

I took my bike there for repair. I was informed in advance about the costs and the duration of the repair. The work was completed to my satisfaction, and the cost estimate was adhered to almost exactly (when I returned the bike, I was informed that it could cost up to €30 more if further defects were found). I would definitely take my bike there for repair again.

I don't know how they work, because they said to have a waiting list for a few weeks and even didn't took a look at my brakes, wich just needed to be tuned- I am new to bikes and wanted that to be done by someone more experienced than me

Hello Tatianna, thank you for your comment. We always work according to the principle first in first out. So it makes no difference to us how big or small the problem on your bike is. If we always prefer the small repairs, we would never have time for the bigger ones. We think that's fair for everyone. During the cycling season, we usually have a week or two to wait.
