Here, service is truly a priority! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and repairs are done quickly. It's been my bike shop/repair shop of choice for many years!

I wanted to find out about leasing an e-Dutch bike. I was told to go to Schönefeld, look at the entire selection, and then come back... I would have appreciated some advice instead of being told to make a huge detour to Schönefeld. Especially since they still had an e-Dutch bike in the shop... The lack of information and the lack of questions (e.g., how far you travel, what your basic needs are for the bike, etc.) was rather annoying, at least that's my impression. It's a shame, I would have been willing to buy a bike. But then I'll just go to another shop that wants my money.

Best service!! I spontaneously stopped by on my e-bike. The controller and battery were out of order. The friendly employee immediately recognized that the display needed replacing. After 10 minutes, my bike was back in working order! 💪🏼 Great team! Highly recommended! G. Dochow

Wonderful service, would highly recommend. Staff were kind and good natured about my lack of German. 10€ for 24 hour bike rental, including helmet & lock.
