You can still order from Frank even without a physical store and receive truly excellent service – advice, ordering, delivery – everything is top-notch! I can highly recommend him/her!

The guys are really nice and know a lot about what they offer. They're also very well-stocked when it comes to magfed equipment. They have a huge selection of sights and other accessories. Highly recommended.

Even though there's no online shop and I'm from Schleswig-Holstein, I still get help, advice, and can order items. In short: friendly, helpful, and competent! I highly recommend them 👍🏻

Excellent advice, great selection, great people. I was pleasantly surprised by the range, even though they kept saying how swamped they were because of Easter. I got more than I wanted and was also pleasantly surprised by the prices. Highly recommended!

I met Frank personally at the shop a few years ago. Even back then, I received excellent advice, and the overall price-performance ratio has remained consistent and is still highly recommended! Hi, I can highly recommend Frank's shop. He and Dirk offer a truly comprehensive service that's hard to beat. Thanks to their advice and great deals, I'm playing with equipment I'm extremely happy with. They usually resolve minor technical issues immediately, and everything else is handled very quickly, in my opinion. I've also had the problem several times that no one could get me certain spare parts, but Frank has always managed to order even rare parts somehow. I'll remain a loyal customer and advise everyone to visit them if they need anything.

Always a good choice for the next ball. I've been there several times, always received excellent advice and great prices. Thanks to the good transport links by bus and a short walk by tram, the shop is quick and easy to reach even during rush hour, and there's plenty of parking behind and around the store for all drivers. I bought my initial equipment from Frank and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, I then "strayed" from another shop for my second marker due to the longer distance, and I bitterly regretted it – the advice and service were nowhere near as good or comprehensive as at Frank's. Furthermore, the prices are truly unbeatable. Parking is available behind the building or at the neighboring bakery. They are happy to order items that are not in stock. They can even extend their opening hours a bit occasionally for those who live further away. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop to everyone – I could spend hours there and buy everything I could possibly want!!
