I'm actually glad that local retailers still exist, but I'm incredibly disappointed by their abysmal return policy. I was here ten days ago. A very nice saleswoman brought me two pairs of pants and a backpack within a minute or two of the store opening because we were flying out on vacation that same day and I needed the items. Since we weren't sure which size to buy, but I didn't have time, we simply bought two sizes to try and figure out the sizing. Now I wanted to return one pair of pants, unworn with the tags still on and even in the bag, and they told me cash refunds weren't possible. It even says so on the receipt. This will never happen to me again, and frankly, no one should complain if local retailers are dying out like this. With Amazon, I probably could have returned the pants even a year later and received a full refund without any hassle. Now I have a voucher and have to desperately try to pick something else. No thanks…

I'm a sporadic visitor to the store. My experience there wasn't so pleasant. As I entered the entrance, I heard a rather loud female voice. As it turned out, it belonged to the salesperson. Since she was talking loudly to two people, I decided to take a look at the merchandise first. Suddenly, this salesperson started ranting about me to her acquaintances, with a slur that defies description. Curious, I continued listening. In general, this salesperson ranted about everything and everyone to her obvious acquaintances. My offense was that I hadn't paid my dues. She said, in essence, that she wouldn't come to me, but that I should come to her. There were about three other customers in the store, including a seemingly teenager who seemed rather helpless while trying on a jacket. Unfortunately, the "salesperson" wasn't performing her actual duties, but instead had to loudly express her displeasure with her acquaintances. My opinion is that such people are unsuitable for sales work, as they scare away customers. I don't know this salesperson by name. She is middle-aged, perhaps 167 cm tall, has short, dyed-blonde hair, and was wearing glasses.

Small but nice sports shop! We bought some sneakers for our 4-year-old after not finding anything decent in other shoe stores. We received competent advice, quick service, and found the price to be fair. We'll shop here again!

I was looking for sports shoes. Great selection. I approached Ms. Arnold (according to the receipt). She gave me excellent advice and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the shoes. That's how I found the right shoes. Thank you!

The selection is huge, offering both high-quality brand-name products and affordable alternatives. I'd especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. Marc and René took plenty of time to help me choose the right running shoes. They carefully assessed my needs and recommended several models that perfectly suited my running style. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. You can tell that everyone here is passionate about their work and knowledgeable about the products. In addition to the expert advice, the shop also boasts a pleasant atmosphere. The displays are well-organized and invite you to browse. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase at this sports shop and will definitely be back.

I always enjoy shopping here. The selection is a matter of taste, so opinions may vary. However, I usually find something I like :) My focus in this review is more on the sales staff. They are exactly as you would imagine: attentive, helpful, and always with a funny remark. Shopping here is incredibly fun, and I highly recommend it!

At Downtown Sports Bernau, you're still treated like a customer. The staff are very attentive and helpful – without being pushy. They're very friendly and fun to be around. Of course, they also possess extensive expertise. Keep up the good work!

We are extremely satisfied. Our daughter unfortunately has rather large feet. We felt like we tried on a hundred shoes in different brands and sizes. The salesman, a young, genuinely friendly and motivated man, tirelessly brought us pair after pair. In the end, we left with three pairs of shoes (Mom couldn't resist and treated herself to one too). All in all, friendly advice and excellent service. I sincerely hope this great shop doesn't close its doors in the train station arcade.

A fantastic shop with a surprisingly impressive selection of high-quality and unusual products for its size. What's special here is that there's always someone available to help. The search is over! The sales staff are very attentive and helpful. I was particularly struck by how kindly they assisted a young customer. That's really great. Please keep up the friendly and helpful service. I'll definitely be back.
