Refused to provide service because I didn't speak German. Upd: I have only been in Germany for two months and started learning German immediately after arriving. Obviously, it is impossible to learn the language in such a short period of time to communicate about technical issues. It was especially unpleasant to hear the mockery, after which they hung up. And instead of giving people passive-aggressive "advice", it's better to learn to communicate adequately AT LEAST in German.

We didn't refuse any service; we simply couldn't understand you because you couldn't tell us what you wanted. It's unacceptable to expect someone to speak foreign languages ​​when they don't speak German, especially since we're in Germany. It's outrageous to give even one star for that. How about learning our language, or at least using a translation program? What has become of our world where people are insulted for wanting to speak their own language in their own country?!

The moment we stepped into the shop, we received such a warm welcome that we knew immediately: this was the right place. The two owners took an incredible amount of time to find the perfect bike for my son. They openly showed us the cheapest bike on offer first. Unfortunately, that's not always the case these days, and it speaks volumes about the shop. My son was allowed to test ride everything, received great advice, and felt completely at ease. The loving way they interact with children here is truly special. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bike center. Buying a bike should be a pleasure.

We went to the bike center to have our e-bike repaired. The repair turned out to be more complicated than we thought. We were informed about each step and the corresponding price over the phone, and they asked if the work was okay with us. It was, and the result is that the bike is running like a dream again. The price was absolutely reasonable. They even helped us load the bike into the car. Everything was great, and we'll definitely be back if needed!

I finally wanted to write a review today, but not without first reading what others have left, especially the negative ones. And I have to say, seriously?! One person complains because they can't read, another gets a last-minute appointment and still complains? What kind of world do we live in?! I've only ever had the best experiences in every respect, and logically, customers who bought their bikes at the bike center get priority. It's the same with cars... it's called an authorized service center... got it?!

Today was our first time in this shop, and we were surprised that such a large store is run by only two people. The selection is vast, and everything seems very organized and friendly; you feel well taken care of. However, during our visit, we also noticed how arrogant and haughty some customers behaved... and the two owners remained friendly—hats off to them! They're true cyclists and mechanics, after all.

I had a problem with the gears on my bicycle, and unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired immediately. I was told that due to the current workload, new customers needed an appointment. Which is perfectly fine with me! The service from the staff was excellent—very friendly and attentive, with first-class expertise. The price-performance ratio was also very good, and I am completely satisfied.

Worst experience ever when asking to get the chain of my bike repaired. I thought it’s a 5 minute affair for professionals that have service written all over their advertising billboards but was surprised to hear that I should have read the 3(!!) signs that say bikes not bought there need to make an appointment. Like I have to read the manual for the shop before being eligible as a customer. Ridiculous and utterly unhelpful. On my way out I looked for these signs, and they do exist on the door which was set to permanently open, moving them just out of sight for anyone entering. Well done. How they sell bikes remains ominous with that anti-salesperson in there.

I am very sorry that you describe entering our shop as the worst experience of your life. I always thought that was the death of a loved one, or a visit to the dentist. Well, if reading three signs is distressing (we thought it better to put one more than one), then better safe than sorry!<br><br>A chain repair can never be a five-minute job, because it needs to be thoroughly checked to see if it's really just the chain, or if the chain and sprocket need to be replaced. Even David Copperfield couldn't do that in five minutes, let alone a workshop (staffed by only one person) during peak season being able to complete such a repair immediately! Nobody goes to the hairdresser, sits down in the chair without an appointment, and says, "Go ahead!"<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>... We are sorry that reading our signs offended you, where we simply advised you to ask for an appointment!

A fantastic bike shop with excellent advice. I explained my needs and they found suitable bikes for me. We've now bought our fourth bike here. The owners are passionate about their work and provide outstanding customer service.
