Absolutely fantastic shop with a workshop service and very competent staff who tackled a somewhat complicated brake problem on my racing bike that other workshops had given up on. All at fair prices. I'll gladly come back if I ever need another repair. Keep it up, guys! 👍🏻

This was my second time here, and I'll be back, even though it's quite a long drive. The service and advice are simply outstanding. My gears were completely out of adjustment, and I received a crash course in "proper shifting." Now a lot of things from the past few years make sense. Then I got some DIY tips. The gears were readjusted. I'll continue to drive this far even after the warranty expires, because such a friendly team and such great service are very rare these days. After picking up my bike, I cycled the test loop (26km) home. This is definitely not a shop where you get ripped off or ridiculed. They don't try to push anything on you, and you feel like you're being taken seriously.

I'd be happy to do it again anytime. Fair, honest, fast, and reasonably priced. Best regards to the part-time employee (tattoos). A good old bike was quickly repaired.

Anyone wanting to buy a bicycle during a pandemic doesn't have it easy, as I experienced firsthand last spring. With a specific bike in mind, I started my search in the Berlin area and found it at Zweirad-Profi in Berlin Hohenschönhausen. During a phone call, the salesperson recommended their Bernau branch to me, so I wouldn't make a wasted trip just because they didn't have my size. They said a similar bike was available there. Sure enough, an hour later I was at Zweirad-Profi Bernau and instantly smitten the moment I walked in. The bike was taken down from the wall, quickly adjusted, and I was immediately allowed to take it for a spin in the park. One, two, three—mine! The friendly technician adjusted everything right there and even swapped the pedals at my request. I'm still thrilled with my bike and can wholeheartedly recommend Zweirad-Profi Bernau to everyone. Even after 1000 km, the bike still looks brand new. I've since modified it to be "commuter-friendly" and use it for my commute from spring to autumn. Thanks for that.
