I had an appointment to have two bicycles repaired. She arrived on time, worked quickly, and the bill was within the scope of stationary bicycle services. I had a complaint because one of the wheels had immediately lost air again. These things happen, and they were quickly fixed on a Saturday without any discussion. She also gave me a few tips for caring for the bikes. Thank you.

I would give ten times as many stars if I could. Let me start from the beginning. Today was my appointment with Ms. Mocke, who was very punctual. She approached me in a friendly and empathetic manner. I explained what I wanted done to my e-bike. The first thing she asked was whether my Bosch motor had ever been serviced for updates. I was confused. "No," I said, "I didn't know; they didn't tell me when I bought it in 2021." Okay, she said, "We'll take care of that." Yes, it was showing errors, and the update from back then was, of course, long overdue. So, off to the bike van. Hooked up, and off we went. It was really interesting to experience something like that firsthand. The work began. The first part was finished. Now for the nitty-gritty. I was sitting incorrectly because I kept sliding down. Wrong saddle, much too wide. Okay, check. Handlebars much too high (I'm only 154 cm tall, okay, I've shrunk a bit at almost 70; I think I used to be 158 cm). I was having trouble cornering; I felt very insecure. After everything was adjusted, I went for a ride, and it made such a difference! I can take tight corners again, and I'm jumping for joy. The chain was lubricated, and so many other things were taken care of – everything was done. I'm so happy and can now use my bike again without fear and with complete enjoyment. I'm so grateful to Ms. Mocke for her knowledge and expertise. I can't get this kind of service anywhere else; I've had some bad experiences. I can recommend Ms. Mocke 100%. Heyy I had an appointment to change my tires. From regular tires to racing tires. I think I waited a week for the appointment... It was really quick. I did have a few questions during the repair so I could try it myself next time. She explained it really well to me. I just hope I understood everything correctly. A really nice and competent woman.

Absolutely reliable, expert, thorough, and transparent service at a fair price. My bike rides better than ever after a truly complex repair, and I also received a whole host of helpful tips. Scheduling an appointment was wonderfully straightforward, and I was kept continuously updated on the repair status. Highly recommended. I would gladly use their services again.

Five stars ⭐️ aren't enough here. Fast, effective, competent, precise, high-quality, transparent, and the price is fantastic – plus, scheduling an appointment is easy. Since Michaela started coming to my home, I'm less bothered by broken bikes or necessary maintenance 🥰. Thank you so much!

Today, Michaela Mocke arrived promptly to inspect my daughter's bicycle. We were absolutely delighted, even though, unfortunately, the bike couldn't be repaired. Michaela is very honest about the costs. In the end, it was an open, friendly, and helpful conversation for both of us. I highly recommend her. 5 stars from me!

Oh, thank you so much for the kind words. Yes, I'm sorry, but the repair costs would have far exceeded the value of the bike. It's better to book the inspection for the new bike later; that way it'll last just as long as the old one.
