It's outrageous that the store closed 3 minutes early. I'd give it zero stars if I could, especially since I knew exactly what I wanted.

It became clear relatively quickly that they didn't carry the product I wanted (certain Nike shoes), but I still received excellent advice, including having my feet measured. They also didn't mention that I'm overweight. I need the shoes for work, and I've had the experience in other sporting goods stores (like Sportscheck) that I wasn't given advice because of my weight. I will definitely stop by again for other products.

I needed a shoe that could do it all: hiking, walking the dog, riding in the paddock, etc. Ms. Schilling recognized my problem, asked me my shoe size, and immediately gave me the right shoe. Thank you for that; it's exactly what I wanted for everyday use. Thanks for the excellent advice.

I've always received excellent service there. I'm very happy with my recently purchased hiking boots and socks, which really make a difference. The staff remain friendly even when a customer is being difficult (unfortunately, I've witnessed it all)... I always enjoy going there. 😊

Staff behaviour was discriminatory, whispering, laughing with each other and staring us. I liked the items (shoes) to buy but such behaviour compelled me to leave the shop.

There is no personal WILL involved where a person is going to be born. We are the Human Race. Thereis no superior or inferior but those who are good to each other. I would like to give no stars unfortunately. Me and some of my well educated and well manered friends went on window shopping on black fiday weekend to Havel Park. As soon as we entered, all of us quickly realized that the whole team(intersport) is whispering, laughing and looking at us continuesly without a blink. Out of curiosity i changed my position and went to another section of the shop but the whole team including 1 girl, 1 young boy and another young man were staring at us. I felt very embarrassed and asked my friend to leave the shop. As we went out of the shop we realized that one of our friend is in the cabin trying some shirts. I turned around to get him out, but saw that the young boy (age around 20) was acting like kicking in our direction ( mocking like kicking us out). This was unacceptable for me, i went to them and asked them if there is any problem regarding us, the girl came up front and said something i don't remember but the young guy aged 20 went back to the counter, away from the discussion. All in all, it was one of those discriminatory/racist situations due to a very poor social development of such people. I had a very positive & friendly experience with Intersport Teams around Germany but for the betterment of this particular team's social behaviours and future as a sales person, i would humbly request Intersport to please invest some time to help them develop, educate, and let them know not to classify/discrimate people based on thier color or appearance. ***this review is only for the franchise in Havel Park only***

Clean and spacious. Unfortunately the stuff is not brand organized. It takes your time to find a needed item. Also the variety of sizes is not enough.
