Very nice saleswoman, I found some nice casual pants, even though there wasn't much selection in size 36. I was promised there will be more selection for the next spring collection. Thanks for that.

No sign of any kind of advice. A man approached from behind, chewing a bread roll. His terse remarks made it clear to me after two minutes: "I'm not welcome here." I had questions about handguns—which ones are better than others, and which ammunition fits. It would have been my first. I've now spent €2,500 at Frankonia. Pistol with accessories and other items. Perhaps they only offer individual advice to customers they don't initially like or deem necessary. They can buy elsewhere, after all. Let's do that!

Months ago, as a budding young hunter, I was in the store with others on a field trip to try out the guns. We received friendly but reserved advice. Our questions regarding the new territory were sometimes asked in a rather amateurish way, but the store took the time to listen to us, even though we weren't interested in buying. Great! "So now that I'm a young hunter, I'll order my first gun close to home." My request for a quote was promptly answered with brief advice on my specific request, which would have involved a 12-week wait. I then changed my wishes for a new gun and haven't received a response since. So, in true "old-school" fashion, I picked up the phone and, lo and behold, they were able to recall me after three weeks and offer me a completely different gun as an alternative. But it was too late. I bought it from a Munich resident last week, even though I always wanted to keep my money in the region. What a shame! Now I need an over-and-under shotgun. This week I'll go there and check out the used over-and-under shotguns and the on-site consultation. We all make mistakes. Let's forget about it. Maybe then I'll give it more stars.
