This is a really great shop. The employee knew right from the start that I was a tourist. I think it's important to mention this, so he couldn't have expected me to become a regular customer. Despite that, he solved my problem with the phone holder, and I was able to enjoy my vacation without any worries. And he was incredibly friendly and completely uncomplicated; there was no wasted time, just a focused solution. Thank you so much, I highly recommend them.

I was originally looking at a company bike scheme. After a very thorough and clear explanation from the salesperson, that plan was no longer relevant. I then chose a suitable bicycle for my needs right there on the spot. Additional accessories (lights, mudguards, etc.) were fitted immediately. Excellent advice, excellent service, and super friendly. I would gladly shop there again.

I was on a city trip to Wismar, where I had problems with the electronics on my KTM e-bike with a Bosch motor. I called the dealer and was immediately told I could come by right away. Upon arrival at the dealer, my bike was immediately taken to the workshop for a checkup and error reading. After restarting the electronics, everything worked perfectly again. No costs, great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Tom. Regards, Franz

I just bought a bike today there, I was impressed how helpful one of the employee's was, the whole process went very fast, and I got all the information that I might need in the future, he was even talking in english (my german is not that good). I would definitely recommend it, also when it comes to variety of bikes and the prices!
