I bought a Giant Revolt 2 from Radhaus Kattanek for everyday use and leisure activities. The service was excellent; they took a lot of time for me because I wasn't initially sure which type, gears, or materials would be right for me. I'm absolutely thrilled. The bike is fantastic. A big thank you also goes to the workshop staff, who were always there to help with adjusting the saddle and other things. Thank you!

My Pinion gearbox is leaking and needs to be sent to the factory via a dealer. Radhaus Kattanek (a master mechanic) seemed like the right place to go. Unfortunately, a (seemingly) annoyed and short-tempered employee was completely unwilling to help me on the phone. I absolutely do not recommend it!

Bad luck on vacation, but luck with Kattanek! Incredible service: my Giant battery was defective, and they helped me immediately – commendable! We were able to continue our journey in no time. 10 out of 10! Highly recommended! 👍 Many thanks again to the owner and staff! 🚲🚲

I brought my Giant e-bike here for repair. Although I didn't buy the bike here, and it was a warranty issue, they did everything they could to resolve the problem. After 1.5 weeks, I was able to pick up my bike again (the motor had to be removed and sent to Giant). They even gave me the complete diagnostic report and all correspondence between the repair shop and Giant. I highly recommend them and will definitely bring my bike here again.

I dropped off my bike with a request to replace the drivetrain. After being informed that the bike was ready for pickup, I discovered that the freehub body was rubbing so badly that the wheel only managed a maximum of two revolutions after a push. Even after pointing this out, there was no understanding. When I asked them to put their ear to the freehub body and listen for the noise, I was told to shut up. Only after repeated requests did they comply. Despite this, the problem was still not taken seriously, and the supposedly experienced mechanic blamed the brakes. In my opinion, an experienced mechanic doesn't hand out half-finished jobs. Unfriendly, stubborn, and ignorant service at the workshop. Not recommended.

Very competent and professional. I needed a small spare part for my mountain bike crank. I spontaneously asked in the store, and the salesperson referred me to the associated workshop. The employee was very friendly and extremely competent. He gave me a suitable part from his used parts collection. It fit perfectly, and my vacation in beautiful Brandenburg was saved. Excellent service and a very friendly conversation with the owner. I finally got the right brake pads! Thank you again for allowing me to continue my trip. There should be many more shops like this where customers are still valued! Please keep up the good work and highly recommended!

I was on bike tour from Berlin to Poland when several spokes on the rear wheel of mountain bike broke. The damage threatened to end our weeklong bike tour early. I brought the damaged bike to their workshop, and the mechanics there, despite having a full schedule planned for the day, still offered to make an emergency fix on the bike immediately so we could get back on the road. They even took some time to show me some of the areas that were already damaged and would soon need replacement once we had a bit more time.

We rented two e-bikes for our holiday in the Uckermark region. The bikes were perfect for our needs. The employee was very friendly when we picked up and returned the bikes – highly recommended!
