I was there today, January 10th, to buy a bicycle inner tube. The friendly lady not only quickly found the product I needed and gave it to me, but she also checked the tire and gave me instructions on how to install it correctly. Excellent customer service and friendliness! I'll definitely be back!

I picked up my Bosch e-bike yesterday (November 13, 2025). It was a challenging repair, but it was worth it; my bike is once again suitable for Berlin's bike paths. The efficient atmosphere in the workshop was very professional and reassuring. Thanks to the team, greetings from Berlin Wedding.

I picked up my e-bike yesterday. I'm absolutely thrilled. The service was excellent, right up until the pickup. I felt very comfortable and received very professional advice.

Visited on October 6th, 2025 for advice on an e-bike! Prompt service; I was able to test ride and try out several bikes immediately. Excellent and friendly advice from Stefanie Peetz. Purchased promptly after the consultation. I also bought a different stem. Picked it up at my own request on October 13th. Everything was perfect, including further instruction and information about insurance and service. Thank you very much, I'll gladly come again!!!

I was just in because of a broken tire valve, and they helped me immediately (a new tube had to be installed). Absolutely top-notch service!

I couldn't give zero stars. They wouldn't help me with my €1799 Zündapp bicycle because it's considered "department store merchandise." They talked themselves into a corner and brushed me off. No service whatsoever – just focused on making a sale. I'm so angry!

My family has always bought their bicycles from Fahrradland Falkensee. The store has a large selection, which is also easily accessible. Test rides are straightforward. Several employees are available to offer advice. Fahrradland also has its own workshop, which offers appointments at short notice, does excellent work, and contributes significantly to customer satisfaction. Best regards, Marcel Puttkammer
