I bought my first gravel bike from Fahrradfüchse in Fürstenwalde. After a phone call and online appointment, Mr. Trebbin took plenty of time to provide detailed advice and a pleasant conversation. I felt he was very well-advised when choosing a bike in the right size and accessories. I'll be happy to come back if I need anything for my bike. Highly recommended!

The Fahrradfüchse (bicycle foxes) in Fürstenwalde have made cycling a true pleasure for me in my advanced years. They gave me excellent advice right from the start when I bought my bike. They listened carefully to understand my needs and physical requirements and found the perfect solution for me. Even after the purchase, their service is impressive. I recently had a flat tire on my rear wheel. I could have repaired it myself in the past, but today's technology has advanced, and I couldn't get any further on my own. So I took my bike to the Fahrradfüchse (bicycle foxes). The response was quick, uncomplicated, and extremely professional. Within minutes, my bike was repaired and ready to ride again. I am impressed by the commitment and expertise of the Fahrradfüchse (bicycle foxes). If you're looking for a reliable specialist bike shop, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Even without an appointment, they took the time to advise me, prepared several models for a test drive, and answered all my questions. That's what I call excellent service! That's why I prefer to buy locally; I can also get my inspections and other services done here without having to travel far.

Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented! Difficult to reach by phone. Why it's still worth going: I booked an appointment for a consultation via their website. The next day was already here. I thought I might not be able to make the appointment on time, so I called just to be sure. I tried three times and couldn't get through to anyone. I finally made it on time and saw why no one was answering the phone. The store was packed, and they simply didn't have time to answer the phone as well. After a short wait, I received friendly advice, and the decision was made in less than 20 minutes. Since there were still a few things to clarify, I called again two days later to arrange a pickup time. On my third attempt, I finally got through to someone and was able to pick up the bike the next day. I went to the store, and again, it felt like there were more customers than staff. The phone rang twice during my appointment alone (the whole thing only lasted 10 minutes). I saw that I wanted something else added to my bike and asked if they could possibly do it for me. Without even flinching, they installed it without hesitation. The team works incredibly hard and every minute is handled with such professionalism and friendliness. Not once did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Please bear with us if you have to call more than twice. The Fahrrad-Füchse team isn't letting the phone ring to annoy you. ;)

They got me a spare part that another bike shop couldn't (or wouldn't) get. That's how you win customers. Later, I also bought my new bike here. The advice was excellent. Now I've taken my bike there for a check-up. The service is great at this shop. It's truly a top-notch place for anything bike-related; I highly recommend it! 👍
