This terrible "company" doesn't deserve a single star! I ordered wheel bolts that I urgently needed. No confirmation email, nothing. I paid via PayPal, and after a month, nothing arrived. Not even an indication that it would take longer. Don't order from them under any circumstances. They're absolute rip-off artists and fraudsters! Update: After about six months, I still haven't received my money or the product... I guess I'll have to take legal action...

I bought a set of winter tires there. The service was excellent. I parked the car in the morning and handed over the keys. I picked it up and paid in the afternoon. The whole thing didn't cost any more than if I had ordered the tires from the "usual" online shops. However, there was one difference: if I had ordered the tires online, I would have had to take care of the installation, etc., myself. That would have been significantly more work and probably would have cost more in the end. So, all in all, I think I did everything right. I highly recommend the shop. Apparently, the "offline business," i.e., the "customer in the store," is their strength. Online, things seem to go wrong here and there... But as I said: that's not my problem. I received excellent service, and the price/performance ratio is/was unbeatable!

A terrible dealer. I ordered rims and paid with PayPal. No response, no wheels, no communication. I got my money back weeks later through PayPal. In my opinion, they're a scam, so it's best not to order from them.

WARNING: Ordered goods were not delivered, and there was no response to emails or phone calls. I paid directly via PayPal, where the seller even charged an extra fee. Luckily, I was able to use buyer protection. Unfortunately, they only paid out the full euro amount, rounding down as usual. All in all, a negative experience. I was unfortunately misled by the low price, and now I've lost about a euro. My own fault. If only I had read the Google reviews beforehand…

On July 26, 2023, I ordered 4 steel rims and paid via PayPal. After a week without any information about the order, I attempted to contact them by phone (on two numbers), and then reported the case to PayPal on August 4, 2023. I received tracking data and an apology on August 8, 2023. The rims were delivered after 14 days. The online estimate was 3-5 days, in stock. If there is a delivery delay, please inform us by email or call. Please adjust the delivery times on the website immediately. Thanks anyway!

I can only advise everyone: avoid this seller if you want to save yourself a headache, even if they're much cheaper. The reviews speak for themselves, and I would never have ordered from them if they hadn't been the only dealer in Germany who supposedly had the rims I was looking for "in stock." It's not exactly reputable when you order rims worth over €1000 and don't even receive an email with any confirmation or anything similar, try to reach the seller with over 40 unsuccessful calls, finally get someone on the phone after a week who then claims that some information was missing, even though I had provided everything, and assures you that the rims are indeed in stock, and after another week you're told: The rims are sold out and the order is canceled. It all sounds like a joke, but that's reality with this dealer. Let's see how long I have to wait for my money and what kind of headaches await me.

I ordered a steel rim 15 days ago and paid immediately. After 10 days, I inquired and was told that payment had not yet been received. I sent a photo as proof of the transfer, but since then there has been no response, not even after a follow-up inquiry. I will be filing a fraud complaint tomorrow.

I ordered a wheel and paid for it immediately. The wheel wasn't delivered. I can't contact the seller. The seller doesn't respond to emails or calls. Luckily, there's PayPal buyer protection.

A small shop selling wheels and tires, but also with an informative website. Useful for cyclists: there's a Continental bicycle inner tube vending machine in front of the shop, where you can get replacement tubes in common sizes (28 and 29 inches) even outside of opening hours.
