I tried to repair my bike myself, but ended up making it worse. Schmutzler Bike Shop saved the day. They were quick, fairly priced, and unpretentious. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I'm very satisfied with the service and the work. Very accommodating. They take a lot of time to troubleshoot the problem (cause/source) with my e-bike until they find the cause, even if it takes longer and it's after closing time and I just drop by (it's better to call ahead though). Very customer-oriented. Service is a top priority here. Highly recommended. Keep it up! I've been there several times and will gladly come back. Everything was great again. Top-notch! 👍

After a huge disappointment at another bike shop in Hohen Neuendorf, where I was literally ripped off, I'm more than satisfied. Superb service, expertise!!! And absolutely fair prices. I can highly recommend the shop and the workshop.

I recently bought my new bike there and I have to say I'm more than satisfied. The bike rides great. The purchase advice was very good. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Everything is communicated transparently, so there are no surprises when it comes to the bill. I'm very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

Perfect service! I'd been searching for a suitable bike shop for a few days, but kept being told to expect a wait of at least three weeks, or even treated rudely or turned away. Here, they immediately told me on the phone to bring the bike in and they'd take a look. I dropped it off at lunchtime, discussed what might be broken or not quite right, and received very competent advice. They only did what was necessary and didn't just replace or swap out parts unnecessarily. By closing time, the bike was ready and looked brand new. The price-performance ratio was perfect. Highly recommended!!! Excellent! My new go-to bike shop :-)

We've bought two bikes here so far, I'm from Hanover, and I would definitely shop at this store again. Friendly, competent, and fair prices. Maintenance work is always done perfectly; I'm happy to drive our bikes 300 km for that. Everything is great, highly recommended!
