As a triathlete, I urgently needed help with my racing bike, and I received assistance the very same day. Absolutely fantastic service, and thank you so much again – you saved my bacon! ;) Keep up the great work, and I highly recommend them.

I am very dissatisfied with the garage and will not use them again. Others can do the job at least as well and are significantly faster, friendlier, and cheaper. For that, I'm happy to travel further.

Great shop and very friendly and knowledgeable service. I've been to other shops in Hohen Neuendorf and wasn't always satisfied. I have a good feeling about your shop and would absolutely recommend it.

I started cycling again after the pandemic (so it's been a while). Since I hadn't ridden for a long time, the feel of the bike was normal. The brakes had a little too much play, but it was "okay" somehow. Then, two months ago, a spoke broke, so it finally had to go to the repair shop. Since I'd only heard mixed reviews about other shops, I tried Tobi's Bike World. Honestly – fair price, excellent results, and quick turnaround. I'd forgotten how well my bike could ride and brake. Fantastic! I would definitely take my bike there again.

I just don't understand some of the comments (you reap what you sow, and all that 😉). I always received polite advice and tips on how to improve my bike and my kids' bikes. When my old bike was beyond repair, I recently bought a new one. I went in with my expectations regarding price and performance, got a great bike, and the price was fantastic. I also bought some accessories (a rack for family trips, mudguards, a bike computer), and that was my limit. When I picked it up, I discovered a small, inconspicuous scratch on the frame, and they immediately ordered a touch-up pen. I highly recommend coming here. I'll be back again 😊 One more thing: if you or your employer are part of one of the growing number of company bike schemes, be sure to mention it. If they're not a partner, they'll make an effort to consider you as well 😊

On the way to the Baltic Sea, just outside Berlin, my thru-axle broke, and both pedals suddenly stopped at the same height. I'd pretty much resigned myself to continuing my journey by train, but then, an hour before closing time, I went to the nearest bike shop, only 400 meters away. They were able to quickly provide emergency repairs, including a new axle, and I was able to continue my journey for a few hours after a slight delay. Thanks a lot, guys! 6 out of 6 stars, but Google only allows 5.
