Absolutely top-notch! My daughter's bike broke down and I spontaneously stopped by. I was immediately greeted in a very friendly and helpful manner. It was only minor things, but they were taken care of so perfectly that my little one can now happily ride her bike again. This kind of service doesn't seem to be a given for everyone, because a few meters away, I was brusquely turned away and told it would take two days to process. I was also told that the bike was broken and should simply be returned. Well, that's how you can have two completely different experiences in half an hour. My recommendation: from now on, AT stands for top-notch everything for me. Thanks to the team 🙏🏻

This bike shop is exceptional! Superbly trained and knowledgeable staff. The advice is top-notch. The price for rental bikes is reasonable. All in all, very competent. I would buy my new e-bike there, unfortunately I don't live nearby.

Often you go back and forth on how to convey the strengths and weaknesses of a place you've visited, but in this case, it's quite simple. AT Cycles is centrally located, operates without appointments, I received a friendly welcome and excellent advice, my bike was ready in 24 hours, and the price was transparent and fair. I especially appreciated the push notification with the attached invoice when it was ready for pickup. My bike will probably last a long time again, but if it does... I'll be back. Great work.

Our group of four had excellent e-bikes for three days and received very attentive service. The surrounding area is perfect for wonderful tours, and we were impressed by the battery range. The bikes proved to be agile and handled very well on all surfaces. A truly enjoyable experience that we highly recommend. I thought I'd need a repair that would involve spare parts and a wait. But the very friendly service technician really knows his stuff and fixed everything on the spot in no time with just a couple of quick steps. Best shop in the area. I'll definitely be back.

Now it's really time to praise the outstanding team at AT Cycles. I've had quite a bit of experience with bike shops and their service. I bought my first bike from a large dealer with an "S" on it. That was a huge disappointment. I bought my next bike in Berlin-Steglitz and was asked to pay twice for the same repair... and now I've tried AT Cycles Taberski again and haven't been disappointed so far. The advice was excellent, I got my bike faster than expected, and the requested add-ons were handled quickly and smoothly. I've also been to the Kleinmachnow shop twice with my "old" bike, first to have the brakes and then the drivetrain replaced. The technicians are friendly, approachable, and absolutely reliable. And as part of the service, ensuring the tires have enough air afterward is also part of the service. (And thanks also for filling my horn properly!) You guys are truly GREAT!
