I sent a support request to FollowMe over two months ago, and then again about a month ago. Both have not been answered to date. The support is therefore inadequate. The system itself is as expected. Materials could be better at this price (less prone to rust, lighter construction, better threads). Installation is not easy and potentially costly due to the different axes. There doesn't seem to be any product evolution (although it's certainly possible/necessary, see above). Otherwise, it works. System still gets 4 stars, support 0 stars, giving it 2 stars overall.

The Follow Me has significantly increased our reach radius. My wife, my son, and I all enjoy it immensely. We can always take our little boy with us. We're now using the Follow Me on our third bike. We're now up to 20-inch bikes, and it's grown with us perfectly.
