I emailed them beforehand to ask if I needed an appointment for a saddle fitting. They replied very quickly and kindly, saying I could just drop by. So I did: I came by in the evening after work and was advised by two women who were incredibly helpful. Both were very knowledgeable, took their time, and answered every single one of my questions in detail. The consultation was very pleasant, and I felt completely at ease. I can highly recommend them!

On July 22, 2025, while traveling near Fürstenwalde, I picked up a cyclist from Bautzen heading towards the Baltic Sea who had a flat tire in pouring rain and drove him to Fahrrad Ranzinger in Königs Wusterhausen. The salesman suggested we go to the workshop and ask if they had time for a minor front tire repair (tube change, removal and installation of the front wheel). We found a mechanic there taking a cigarette break and having a private conversation. He said he didn't have time! I think it should be possible for a cyclist to find half an hour to change a tube, especially since it was afternoon and far from closing time. That's truly awful, and incredibly arrogant, service! At first, I wasn't sure which bike was right for me. They took their time, and I was able to test ride a few bikes right away. Buying a bike here is really fun, and I can recommend it to anyone. The selection is huge, accessories are plentiful, and the customer service is unbeatable—what more could you want?! In the end, in addition to the bike, I also found a dealer where I'd be happy to go back anytime. Many thanks to the entire Ranzinger team for the excellent advice and amazing service! See you soon 👋

Everything here is SUPER! Great selection, super friendly and competent staff! Excellent advice including a test ride! If you need a new bike or have a problem with your bike, go to Ranzinger!

I switched to Fahrradservice Ranzinger this year because they are the only authorized partner in the surrounding area of the "Velo de Ville Fahrrad-Manufaktur" (Velo de Ville Bicycle Manufactory). Despite the difficult times due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was treated very friendly and received competent advice every time I visited. Ordering my bike and the delivery of my new VDV A700 in November went flawlessly. They responded very flexibly to last-minute changes and requests. As a result, I also had my old bike (also a VDV) serviced and repaired here in the workshop after my new bike was delivered. This was also done flawlessly, at a fair price and in a reasonable time. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend Fahrradservice Ranzinger!
