We had a flat tire today, and promptly half an hour later, our bike mechanic Markus arrived and came to our rescue! He was incredibly competent, immediately identified the problem, and even had a witty remark ready. The price was also very reasonable—quite the opposite, in fact. From now on, we'll only entrust our bikes to him.
