I've always been very, very satisfied. Very thorough, fast, and affordable repairs on a variety of complex bike types. Friendly and completely service-oriented, too. Definitely still my trusted workshop!

Even one star is too much for this service. 1. I brought my bike in for repair. We agreed on a price of €58. The bill came to €193 without any prior agreement or information. 2. My bike was being repaired again. During the process, the lock was damaged. For inquiries and complaints, the right person is never available or responsible. After several attempts, someone was finally found. This man was extremely unfriendly and further damaged the bike lock, saying, "You can't prove anything!" Thanks for nothing and a lot of extra costs!

Botched work! I took my bike there with the order to check the lights and adjust the gearshift, among other things. The results after the "repair": (1) the gears kept jumping out and (2) the rear light didn't work. As a bonus, the rear light was also completely dirty. When I picked up the bike, there were white smears on the inside of the rear light cover, which couldn't be removed because they had glued it on in the workshop for some reason. The rear light cover was supposedly broken. However, I know that I didn't hand it in broken. When I wanted to complain about the stains when I picked it up, they dismissed it with the words "It's just how it is." I was speechless and completely perplexed. Unfortunately, I only noticed that the rear light no longer works and that the gearshift wasn't adjusted correctly when I used it at home for the first time. I'm not used to checking all the functions before picking up my bike from a workshop. I've been able to rely on good work at all other workshops. I'm disappointed that the work I paid for wasn't done properly, and I'm appalled that I got my bike back in even worse condition. Never again!

I've dropped my bike off here twice for repairs because I had schoolwork next door. Once, during a service, I made a really silly mistake while reassembling it. Based on the noise, I assumed the front derailleur was out of adjustment. The workshop quickly identified and fixed it within five minutes: I'd put the chain over a guide plate. Silly of me! :-D While I was there, they also pointed out that my disc brake pads would need replacing soon, which I immediately checked. Impressed by the friendly service and quick solution, I made an appointment for the next day. That repair was also completed very quickly.

A truly fantastic workshop! I was cycling on the German Unity Cycle Path and on the very first day, my gears started making awful noises. I called in the morning and they were able to help me immediately. Thank you so much!
