The service is excellent in every respect! I highly recommend him! Oliver is very helpful and knows his craft. The pick-up and delivery service is very convenient, but you can also come to the shop. The repairs were always completed to my complete satisfaction. It's a shame his shop is in Rehbrücke and not in Bornstedt.

Very friendly and competent! I dropped off my bike for inspection and repair and got it back very quickly and in perfect condition...they even delivered it. Communication was also excellent.

Absolutely 5 stars, reliable, competent, sustainable – they'll repair something instead of immediately replacing it, and they offer advice along the way. I'd use them again anytime.

The contact was professional and very friendly. My Bosch battery had died, and Oliver ensured I had a new one on my bike within two days, paid for by my battery insurance (mywertgarantie.com). Oliver reliably answered my text messages promptly, and the personal contact was very pleasant. I can recommend his services 100%.
