You should be 100% certain before buying, because there's no refund, only a credit note, even though the receipt states otherwise. This is completely unusual these days and extremely inconvenient for sports equipment that you only need every few years. This is how you lose customers, and not just to online retailers.

Friendly, unobtrusive staff, great selection. For retail, it's worth spending an extra €5.

Very well-stocked, they have all the essentials for many sports: badminton, football, running, climbing, etc. I highly recommend it. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I find it quite cheeky that another sports shop is opening right across the street.

I really liked the store. Competent advice was provided, taking our wishes and ideas into account. Despite the brand-name goods, prices were within the normal range.

A clear recommendation. Relaxed service focused on customer satisfaction, not profit maximization. I walked in, explained what I was looking for in a sports shoe, and found exactly what I needed, without any sales pitch like, "But if you get this one, you'll have..." They still made sure the shoe fit perfectly. Thanks for that, I'll definitely be back.

Very friendly and excellent service. I usually find what I need at an acceptable price. The children's play area is an added bonus that our kids always enjoy, so they're rarely bored while shopping. This allows me to focus on getting advice in peace.
