I had scheduled two appointments: one for adjusting my brakes, and another much later for a general inspection. The team fixed all the issues at the first appointment, which I was able to get quickly, so I was able to cancel the second one. And it didn't take any longer than expected! The price was perfectly reasonable. The bike drop-off was excellent; it was checked immediately. When I picked it up, I took it for a short test ride and was thrilled: gears, brakes, handlebar grips – everything was perfectly adjusted (I've had different experiences at other workshops). I'll definitely take my bike there again!

Quick repair. On my way to work, the gearshift cable snapped. I drove over, briefly showed them the problem, and less than 10 minutes later I was already on my way with a new cable. Thank you so much.

A year ago, I configured my first company bike here and received extremely competent and professional advice. I'm still very happy with the bike. Two days ago, I had my second company bike configured – again with excellent advice. All my questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop.

After much hesitation, I decided to get some information about an e-bike. With fairly specific requirements regarding performance and cost, I booked a one-hour appointment, but it ended up taking longer. Mr. Schröder would certainly have liked to sell me a more expensive bike, but he fully catered to my needs and didn't try to push anything on me, while also preventing me from making any mistakes. The impressive consultation was an experience I wish everyone could have. I've never encountered such expertise, enthusiasm for cycling, and customer focus before. I picked up the bike I ordered three days ago and received a perfect introduction to it. After the first 60 km, I can say that I would give it six stars if I could. Thank you!

I had a consultation appointment today and I can say that I received very friendly and competent advice. All my questions were answered thoroughly and I left the store feeling confident. I will gladly purchase my new e-bike from this specialist shop.

I took my Rose Backroad AL EQ to the shop. Over the winter, and due to my own ineptitude while trying to readjust it, the front derailleur of the GRX groupset had shifted so far that I couldn't get the trim function working anymore. So I booked an appointment online (they did a fantastic job with pricing and a clear overview of the repairs needed) and dropped the bike off in the morning, picking it up again in the evening. The shifting is working perfectly again. I also had them install different pedals, and both for just €20 – you can't complain about that. Overall, I got the impression that the staff knew their stuff and enjoyed their work. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop and will definitely be back if I have any further problems.

I took my road Bike there for a repair (the front derailleur and shifter were broken after a fall). My initial impression was a good one. The worker was kind, spent time with the customers explaining/giving advises. But that was just the first impression. He looked at the bike, and estimated the repair costs at approx. 250 Euro, which i found ok. I left the bike there and received a phone call after a few days: my perfect working bike was called "a technical catastrophe" and he wanted to change fast all of the parts for 1200 Euro. So i decided to take my bike home and repair it myself. I ordered the damaged parts on the internet (CAMPAGNOLO Veloce Umwerfer 2-fach 34,9 mmSchelle schwarz / CAMPAGNOLO Veloce Schalt-/Bremshebel Ergopower, / Schaltzug) and they costed like 140 Euros. How about that for a difference. Although they seem very nice, i'm never taking my Bike there again. They don't repair Stuff, they just order and replace. Not to mention the prices they ask. Advice for Road Bike fans... just order on the internet and replace them yourselves. The parts coming from quality brands are easy to replace. Another disappointment was that the kept the bike there over Easter. When you know you won't be able to start the repair you could at least tell your client to bring it in after the holidays.

Dear Mr. Lucian Zainea,<br><br>We regret that we were unable to complete the repair work to your satisfaction.<br><br>When you submitted your bike for repair, we estimated the anticipated costs to the best of our knowledge. To assist you as best as possible, we even had a lengthy phone conversation with Campagnolo Germany's technical hotline. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, it became clear that your road bike incorporates three generations of Campagnolo development technology: 8-speed, 9-speed, and even 10-speed. Regrettably, it is not possible to make these three different series functional on the road. At least not in a way that we, as a certified workshop, could confidently hand it over to the customer. The quoted cost estimate included a complete upgrade to Campagnolo's 10-speed series. We even advised against this, as it would have significantly exceeded the budget. Furthermore, we informed you beforehand that we would provide a detailed cost breakdown before beginning the work, and we did not charge you a single euro for our expenses. At our shop, we have a guiding principle that's very important to us: "Only original parts, assemblies, and technically flawless repairs."<br><br>We don't allow component mixing unless the manufacturer's compatibility and approval lists permit it. Even if this means we sometimes have to decline a repair. Please consider the considerable speeds you reach on a racing bike in Potsdam's traffic. Nevertheless, we're glad you seem to have found a solution that works for you.<br><br>Team 2RadStätte
