I stopped briefly during my tour through Potsdam, and the guys immediately took the time to adjust my luggage rack and properly secure the panniers, as they were rattling. They even inflated my tires – what a service! Sadly, you don't find that kind of service very often anymore. Thank you so much, and see you next time!

We are cycling tourists from Münster and are spending our vacation in Potsdam and the surrounding area. Within a week, we had two breakdowns on one of our bikes that we couldn't have fixed ourselves. Luckily, we found this competent bike repair shop, which, despite a very full order book, still managed to repair the bike. The shop distinguished itself through its friendliness, high level of expertise, and speed in an emergency. We highly recommend the Drehmoment bike repair shop.

In March 2023, I was thrilled to finally find a bike shop in Waldstadt and took my Stella there right away. The repair costs were lower than quoted, and they even did more than we had discussed. Unfortunately, the time had come for me to say goodbye to my ordinary, inexpensive bike, and I received excellent advice here on purchasing an e-bike. Mr. Nordwig took his time and patiently answered every single one of my questions. Today was the day: my blue speedster arrived fully assembled, and I was able to pick it up. A few final adjustments were made, and I received some helpful tips. Mr. Nordwig is a very friendly and competent young man who is passionate about his work. I'm happy for him that he has so many customers and that appointments have to be booked well in advance.
