A very friendly and competent bike shop with excellent service. We bought a Bullitt cargo bike and are more than satisfied! The owner, Sascha, takes the time to address all customer needs and provides personalized advice. Highly recommended!

On the Saturday before a two-week cycling holiday with my family, I discovered that my rear wheel was severely bent. After receiving some very unfriendly refusals for a short-notice repair from several larger bike shops, I tried unsuccessfully to true the wheel myself. Following my own failed attempts, I contacted Fahrradbels on Monday morning, where I received immediate assistance. I was able to drop off the bike that morning and pick it up the same day, meaning we only had to start our holiday a day late. Both the owner and his employee were extremely friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. While I was waiting to pick up my bike that evening, a man came into the shop with his bicycle complaining about a problem with the rear brake. As it turned out, the problem was solved with a simple adjustment to the brake lever, which was done on the spot free of charge. This, along with my own experience, further demonstrated to me that they not only know their stuff, but that excellent customer service is truly their top priority. It's wonderful to see that shops like this still exist, and I will only shop here in the future. Many thanks and a big compliment from me!

Excellent, expert advice. We were there with our two small children and received very good guidance. The customer's well-being is 100% the priority here, not the company's profit. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Best bike shop in Potsdam. Perfect service, small issues are resolved immediately. Uncomplicated, friendly, and great prices. I mainly paid for the parts when they installed them; it's simply amazing that shops like this still exist.

The gears broke on my mountain bike yesterday and within 15 minutes of asking for help, the bike was fixed and now rides smoother than it has done for months. Very friendly staff, very quick service, and a surprisingly good price. Thanks very much! Bonus points for the Hundertwasser inspired decor, too!

Always an awesome experience there! Just bought a new bike and they were super attentive and nice. They offered me a bike that fits perfectly my needs. You can try the bikes by yourself and everything they sell looks like it has a good quality. They also offer services such as bike repairing and if you buy baskets there, for example, they already install it for you. The prices are completely fair. I am really impressed and satisfied with their work!
