I got my chain, cassette, and tire repaired super quickly after inspection and consultation, as they were defective and I couldn't continue riding. I waited just under 60 minutes and rode home satisfied. Very friendly team and competent advice. Definitely recommended. And unlike other large bike shops in Potsdam, Helmut's Bike Center repairs all brands! That's what I call service. Thank you 🙏

Unfortunately, certain models or items can experience delivery bottlenecks, which can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Due to a flat front tire, I had to stop by without an appointment (because I was on vacation) and asked if they had time for a repair. What can I say? I wheeled my bike in and they started working immediately. Fifteen minutes later, everything was done. If only everything were that easy. Perfect! A+

Our stroller broke and the staff fixed it instantly. Our children did not even wake during the repair

Very helpful mechanic who fixed my bent derailleur on the spot despite being busy - and also spoke excellent English. Shop has a wide range of bikes and accessories.

Wonderful bicycle store with knowledgeable and caring staff and excellent selection of bikes and other equipment. Mirko knows everything about bikes and was more than kind and dedicated to us from beginning to end. I left with a bike perfect for me. Highly recommend this store!

We spontaneously stopped by the store during our vacation to buy some urgently needed parts. We received friendly service and expert advice. Even though they were probably short-staffed that day, the installation was completed immediately. We were thus able to continue our trip with our problems solved. Great!

Unsatisfied by the personnel manners. They really don't know how to deal with costumers, as they blame on the client their own mistakes and charge more than agreed upon. I found their behavior incredibly rude. They do the minimum for a lot of money, blame any issue on clients and treat them badly. Here my short history: I went there for letting a few pieces repaired and they made an estimate of about 160 euros. The day after they called me to communicate that the price will be about 50 euros (30%) more than planned because the estimate was wrong (as they have forgotten 1 wheel..). No discount, no sorry, nothing. I pay the 210 euros and the day after the back light is already broken. I realize the power cables were exposed and hitting the fender. I go back to the shop and they say right away it is my problem as the light was working when I left the shop. I make them notice that they made a bad job and insisted for letting them repairing it. After a few weeks it rains and I realize they have also forgotten to put the front fender back on the bike. I have to go back to the shop again and once more they are blaming on me that I did not noticed that one fender was missing when I left. They sell me a new one and don't even propose to install it. I had to argue with them for getting it installed. Unbearable.
