I was looking for new running shoes and received incredibly good advice. The consultation gave me a lot of insight into my running style and the right shoe for me. I can definitely recommend Intersport Potsdam and I'm so glad we have this store on Brandenburgerstrasse. A well-deserved 5 stars for top-notch customer service and advice!

A truly comprehensive store with seasonally adjusted offers. Thanks to friendly service staff and generally short waiting times, this shop is a go-to for anyone looking for good sports equipment. Only the industrial ceiling design seems a little out of place compared to the rest of the decor – but nobody seems to mind.

Insulting and racist behaviour of one of the colleague of inter sport Olympia . Jasmine was the name of the colleague. I have tried 4 shirts in changing room and decided 1. I kept the remaining 3shirts back to the place where were they. I had something else on my shopping list so went to check those. She came and asked about other 3 shirts . She probably saw I tried 4 shirts and have not seen I returned others and chose only one. She was asking about where are those 3 remaining shirts? Such a question are asked to the people who stoles. Apart from helping behaviour she had an attitude towards questioning our seniority. That’s not good for such a good shop. The way of asking was not appropriate and it’s more insulting and racist behaviour of her. I come very often to shop sports item here. It was never happened before but this was really insulting behaviour towards the customer. I have complained on counter but also thought to submit such a review here.

It's a small store not very diverse. If you need a quick buy the good. In the stern centre they have a lot of stuff to look through.

Centrally located in the city center. Customer service here varies wildly: one time I receive excellent advice from a young man downstairs, and the next time the young woman upstairs treats me like I'm invisible for 30 minutes because, of course, private phone calls and a bit of unpacking are also important. So, it's recommendable, but it depends on who's there.
