Not recommended at all!!!! The advice was poor, as was the communication. They had no clue about tricycles; the owner of the bike seemed bothered and overwhelmed because it took up too much space! After almost three weeks, we picked it up, and they hadn't even started working on it. If you don't know anything about something or aren't interested, you should at least admit it. Our old bike shop managed it in one day.

Unfortunately, the customer service was very unfriendly, and the bicycle seemed more of a nuisance and took up space. The repair took a long time and was inadequate. I paid €20 and don't really know what for, as the problem wasn't fixed. I ended up going to another dealer, and the problem was resolved the same day. Thanks, Räderei am Kanal.

The reception was incredibly friendly; I was able to drop off my bike the same day and it was repaired within two days. I was having trouble with the gears, but they're working perfectly again now. I've finally found an alternative to the bike shop on Wetzlarer Straße. Thank you so much; I know my bike is in good hands.

I had my bottom bracket (MTB) replaced there twice. The price was okay and the people were friendly. However, the bearings didn't even last two years each time. I've never had bearings wear out so quickly (they were bearings number 3 and 4 in the bike, which is 15 years old). During the second repair, I specifically said I wanted something durable, even if it meant higher costs. Well, it did last a few months longer. Not much. It's a shame; I'll probably have to find another workshop, even though I would have liked to keep this one.

This was my second time here. The receptionist was very friendly and accepted my bike after I described it to her. She also told me that due to the high volume of orders, it would unfortunately take a little longer. Since there's always public transport, I didn't mind. I had a knocking sound coming from the rear wheel and assumed it was loose spokes or a wobble. Today I was able to pick up my bike. It was just a flat tire that had deteriorated over time. So, all I needed was a new inner tube and tire, and installation. Absolutely fair and honest. Regarding the mechanic... his job is to repair bikes, not to have the "pleasure" of conversation with me. Even one star is too much for the terrible, overpriced, and unfriendly service. NEVER AGAIN!!! I can only advise everyone against going there. He refused to repair my last bike. When I asked why, I received a very arrogant reply that it was a cheap bike and I should just buy a new one. When he finally took it on, I waited almost four months until it was finally ready. I received idiotic answers to my repeated inquiries. When I was finally able to pick it up and wanted to ride off, the pedal went flat. He told me that it hadn't happened to him, just like that, the second I was about to ride off. He didn't even bother to make his lies believable. Giving me such a ridiculously simplistic explanation was an outrage. He did fix it, but I had to pay a lot more for it. This time, however, I insisted on a test ride before paying a single cent and told her I wasn't entirely happy with the bill. That's when she became incredibly rude, shouted for her husband, demanded the bike be returned to its original condition, and, like a fury, immediately put a chain around my bicycle. She should have seen herself! Well, if they can afford to treat long-time customers like that, then by all means, keep it up! I, for one, will never set foot in that shop again and can only advise everyone to avoid it.

Here, bicycles are lovingly cared for and customers receive friendly advice. You'll get expert guidance and quality repairs at fair prices. Anything not in stock can be ordered, so the selection is larger than the shop itself. You can come with expensive bikes, racing bikes, and mountain bikes, or even an old one that's just meant to reliably get you to university or work.

Potsdam certainly doesn't lack bicycle shops – but this one is by far the best of the seven where we've had our bikes serviced and repaired! For a year now, we've been extremely satisfied with the service and advice – they don't try to push anything on you, and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. We're truly delighted to have found this wonderful family business after all these years, and we're happy to travel a bit further for it.

I've always been treated kindly and given good advice. Recently, I bought a bicycle speedometer there. After installing it at home, one button didn't work. The next day, the boss unashamedly opened another package and tried again and again until it worked. Now that's what I call good service.

Always friendly, always helpful. Expert advice, products are demonstrated on-site, helmets are tried on and adjusted. I just bought a new bike, superb service. The pedal was creaking, I stopped by briefly on my way, and they replaced it immediately and without any fuss. Under warranty. Chatting about bikes is possible in front of or inside the shop if time allows; it has a friendly, family atmosphere, you're not just a number among many – that's the feeling I get there. What more could a cyclist want? I'd even give it 4.5 stars.
