Excellent service. Came in to change the inner tube, got everything done in under three hours (for comparison, a bike shop one stop away offered to do the same in 2 weeks!). Got a consultation on an unrelated pedal situation as well. They also put a cap on the valve of my front wheel, which had been missing! Would definitely come in again.

Bikes were ok but I want to definitely recommend a tour with a guide Matt! He adjusted the tour to our needs and told us the historical context in really engaging way.

Cannot recommend this place, though the service and experience were okay. Prices are significantly above the normal prices in Berlin for the quality of the bikes we rented (not even with insurance) and you can find better deals elsewhere. I should have checked before so I cannot complain.

I assume it's with everything else in life, what goes around comes around. Though I was a bit inpatient and demanding they had patience with me... Rented once, everything worked out perfectly. Bought a bike here recently, absolutely best service. They know what they do and talk about. 110%.

Two of us went to Potsdam with one bike and rented the other at this place. What a service! The guys were more than kind and welcoming, spoke very good English and served us quickly and efficiently. The main thing, however, happened when we were returning the rented bike as mine started making this creaking noise from the rear wheel. I asked the guy at the shop for advice on what that could be and he took the bike immediately, mounted it on the stand and spent the next 15 minutes adjusting it and tightening the screws. Once finished, my bike was as good as new. And... he didn't want to charge a cent!!! This place is my warmest recommendation, trust these guys and you won't regret it.

Owner only gave one lock and one basket for two bicycles. I had to carry my backpack for hours. The one lock caused problems for me because I couldn’t lock sometimes two bicycles at the same time with a single lock. Can’t say he was the nicest either. Bicycles were in good shape.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience with the one lock and basket. We are just used to give one lock for two bikes, because it seemed the most practical and secure solution to lock two bikes together. May be it is that we have sold in new locks which are a bit shorter. I will proof that. The baskets: Usualy we give to everybody who wants to have a basket one. Sometimes there are unexpected too many people coming renting bikes and may be we are running out of baskets. May be that happend in your case or the communication didn't work in that case. best regards! Tom

One of the few places that rents bikes other than 3 speed comfort bikes. I rented a 21-speed "trekking" bike and the few extra Euros were totally worth it. The prices were slightly higher than currently shown on the web site.
